I was extremely nervous at the prospect of having to apply for an eea family member residence card and worried about all the paperwork and confusing questions. But when I approached Visalogic and spoke with Martin Davies, he was extremely approachable, warm and understanding of all my concerns. He along with Dorota Stanczyk (who was managing my case). really took the time to talk me through all of my questions and concerns. They made the paperwork into a much more straightforward process and to my surprise I was able to have my application approved in only two months. I am deeply grateful to all the work they did and for the patience and understanding through a stressful process.

The visa process is so stressful, especially spousal visas which are so personal and complicated! We have used visalogic twice now and both times we've had a great experience and positive result. Couldn't recommend them enough to take the stress of immigration off your hands. Tom & Aaron were professional and extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions through the delays of COVID and we couldn't have got through it without them. Will use again for my next visa for sure!

I highly recommend going through Visalogic for any visa needs. I have used their services twice now, once before for a visitor visa, and now for the marriage visitor visa. We will gladly return when we are next in need of a visa. They have made what could be a very confusing process so much easier. Tom Barltrop helped us with this current visa and he is very efficient, very courteous, and we found success. Martin Davies, the senior consultant, has helped us since we got the first visa over five years ago.

This is the second time we have used Visalogic to bring my children from The Philippines to Ireland (both times declined on an error by the entry clearance officer) On both occasions Visalogic contacted the EEA application centre in liverpool outlining the error that was committed and got both decisions overturned. Our case worker in our most recent application was Sara. No hesitation in writing this review at all. This was my first experience in visa/immigration application and I was terrified of the admin and red tap I would endure through this process, then I can across Visalogic. I knew quickly when speaking with Tom and team that I had found the right organisation to represent mine and my husband case. The whole process was absolutely pain free and we sailed through it literally. It took 6 weeks from start of application to my husband receiving his visa. It's always more complicated than you think. I've had lots of experience dealing with visa applications for my work but a UK dependant visa was more complex than I anticipated, I am glad I had expert guidance to support through the process. We got it right first time with no hiccups or delays. I only plan on going through this process once, Visa Logic have thousands of succesful cases, they've seen it all and were super helpful along every step of the way. Visalogic helped me with fiancée visa and also the LTR application. The people are very helpful, i first spoke to Martin Davies from Visalogic before i went ahead, and he was very helpul and patient, and didnt push me to sign up before he gave me any information. After i went ahead, a young lady called Sara Martinez Pino handled my case, and in a very friendly and professional manner, always getting back to me very quickly with any questions and not getting flustered when explaining things that i didnt understand first time round.
