Great experience with Visa Logic
Great experience with Visa Logic! I'd been shopping around a while for an immigration lawyer to help with my wife's spouse visa application. Martin came across as extremely professional during our screening call and filled us with the confidence we needed to take the plunge. Once onboarded we were introduced to Jamie who managed the application. Jamie was terrific in her prompt, clear communication and guided us through each step. Due to covid my wife's biometrics appointment was cancelled and rescheduled at short notice but Jamie's conscientious efforts kept the process on track.

I highly recommend Visalogic! I used the priority service and actually received my spouse visa 10 days ahead of the time frame for that service. Tom provided invaluable work in guiding me through the process. He was very thorough and thoroughly professional in handling the entire application. This was very important to me and the timing was critical. I couldn't be more pleased or "over the moon" as they say to now have my spouse visa!

Amazing company!
My wife and I would not hesitate for a minute to recommend Visalogic to anyone looking to make a visa application. Their team (most recently Jamie Lucas) have supported us in making several successful applications, from a marriage visa all the way through the Spousal Visa leave to remain to indefinite leave 5-year route. We were very pleased with Visalogic.
We were very pleased with Visalogic professional service and expedience with our case.
The spousal/partner visa we had applied for had been refused and I had 14 days to file a new application. I contacted them and explained to Patricia a member of their team our situation she asked me to send her the refusal letter. Within a few hours I received a phone call followed by an email explaining to me what had happened they took my case for an extra fee and we filed the application before the dead line.
During this process reviewed all my documents, made sure everything was in order before sending the application. After they got me the appointment for my Biometrics and kept me informed.
We received 3 weeks later an email that the visa was approved and my BRP was delivered 7 days later.
I thank the staff for all their hard work and we will use them again for the next one.

A fantastic company
I have successfully attained two visas so far through this company. Most recently I worked with Tom, and he was so helpful and so patient with my many questions and concerns. I have engaged Visalogic for the…
I have engaged Visalogic for the purpose of applying for a Spouse visa for my wife. I was quite nervous in the beginning as there are many people offering such a service and selecting an advisor who seems to be genuine is not so easy. Visalogic, success at husband's ILR visa
This is the 3rd time I have used visalogic & I have found them professional & thorough, explaining each & every process. There is absolutely no way I could have tried to get my husband his Visa on my own. Visalogic took all the worry away from me & always 99% guaranteed a positive outcome if they decided to take my case. My husband has now been granted his indefinite leave to remain & we are delighted. Yes it has been expensive but you can't put a price on a life & I feel that is what visalogic has enabled us to have...a life together. Unprofessional service. Better using forums than using them.
As you can see from their response - they put my personal details, location, name and other details in public domain. They are not professional or ethical. Don't believe them and don't trust them with your personal data or visa. My review is still the same and it's my personal experience. We user Carter Thomas later on and my god - they spotted all the discrepancies Visa Logic did, corrected them, got the sponsor license and visa. Everything super streamlined. Stay away from Visa Logic.

I worked with Stella. Totally ignorant person who doesn't even understand English properly and gave wrong instructions to me and my company. We moved to another firm and it was so much better and streamlined. I never imagined things could be much better. Searching in Google is better than hiring them. When I put my review in Google, they put my personal information put in the open! They don't respond to privacy requests. Steer clear from them.
Most of the 5* reviews here are fake. Most of them only put one review in their life and that's for this firm.

Further to your recent Trustpilot review and our previous the Google review reply (below), your accusations are yet again unsubstantiated – we did not proceed with an application for you given, that your then sponsoring company were unable to pass a compliance check by the Home Office to obtain a sponsor licence and as such, the company were not in a position to sponsor you and they pull the support of your sponsorship.
It is also extremely disconcerting that, despite this matter having been closed in 2018, you have elected to make baseless accusations and have brazenly included other reviewers, whose matters are not connected to your own.
We are also concerned at your comments regarding Stella’s English abilities – whilst Stella is no longer with Visalogic, she is both a British citizen and educated in the United Kingdom to a higher level. Similarly, having reviewed the previous correspondence regarding the UK Naric verification, you had misunderstood instructions you were given on behalf of our client the sponsoring company. You were advised to select the red route option as this was the option then used for visa applications for the UK – red in reference to the colour of the option compared to the blue option, which is used for other verification purposes. You had confused this with the actual verification being called red route. I understand that as you had chosen not to complete an approved English language test and instead chose to have your degree taught overseas verified instead.
As below, our advice to you would be to first contact the UK employer who instructed Visalogic and ask for reasons or clarification on the matter rather than continuing to write unsupported reviews on Visalogic.

I am very disappointed to receive your review and am concerned given the unfounded claims you have made.
Please note you have never been a client of Visalogic and you never lost a visa as you did not have one to lose (at the time you were based in Bangalore). As you well know, the company (whom instructed Visalogic) was trying to Sponsor you under Tier 2 (General) as a ‘DMP Implementation Specialist’.
As you have never been our client, under DPA law we can’t disclose the information around the company or the outcome of the application; however, I will be more than happy to forward to Google for them to review your post and claims.
You are also incorrect with regards to applying to NARIC for assess your qualifications, this is always the applicant’s responsibility, and this isn’t the responsibility of Visalogic. Please note, NARIC Certificates are not required for Sponsor Licence applications by the Home Office and never have been.
Finally, 100% of our reviews are from genuine clients that have used our service and we have no need to write our own reviews. Looking at the 56 reviews you personally have made for all manner of services and products there seems to be a common thread here.
My advice to you would be to first contact the UK employer who instructed Visalogic and ask for reasons or clarification on the matter rather than writing uncorrected reviews on Visalogic and posting.

I would like to write about my experience in dealing with visa logic and in particular Jamie Lucas. Jamie has been representing my parents in applying for an EU settlement scheme family permit. She has been absolutely professional, attentive, and meticulous. The effort and time she has invested in my application made me feel she was applying for her own parents . She was extremely supportive and responded to my emails and phone calls and gave the best possible advice promptly. She is willing to walk extra miles, stay long hours and doesn't leave any stone unturned. Expert advice through a fantastic team
I've been using VisaLogic for a number of years and I've never had a problem acquiring my husband's visas.
