They don’t even deserve one star. This is the worst thing I’ve experienced. I have ordered my contact lens after confirming with them and they gave me the wrong one. I came to know after wearing one. They can’t Return it. Each lens come in small packets, I haven’t opened it still they didn’t take it back. Now they steal my money. They don’t return or exchange. This is the worst experience I had. I recommended Vision pros to my friend which I have to tell her not buy. I don’t want to waste anyone’s money again. Don’t buy anything from them. Once they get money, they don’t value your money. I have the box and everything, I entered my power correctly. I even attached my prescription and this is what happend. I wasted my money in such a worst and irresponsible company. If anyone planning to buy please don’t waste your money.

I cannot believe people actually fell for this scam. The most ugly, cheap looking glasses if I can call them that. Taking the UK by STORM? that's the bit that says scam. Even the pound shop wouldn't sell this rubbish.

These glasses ..cough cough.. are the worst product that I have ever purchased. They were in my house for an hour before winging their back to from whence they came.
To be fair to the company, I did receive a full refund....but my question is ..WHY? Why bother to send out such rubbish knowing full well that the probability of that 80 % will be bouncing straight back. Actually, the pair I received, looked like they had clocked up a few air miles before arriving on my doorstep.

Sounded legitimate, it is not. Never read company reviews. They are fake. Worst of all they target seniors. The glasses are dollar store quality and don't work at all. I didn't want anything more to do with them so l took their 50% refund. This is part of the scam. Refunding 50% means they still make huge profits considering the probably cost pennies to make. They got me, don't let them get you!! These people should be in prison

Taking the country by storm? The storm is the outrage over the misleading ads .this is by far the worst products of any kind I have purchased in the last six months I took great pleasure in throwing them in the trash. They are inferior they don’t work they’re not adjustable as advertisedf and they simply are not worth your time placing an order do not buy this product My only regret is having to throw plastic in the trash and have it subject to not being recycled please do not buy this product

Ordered onlione WITHOUT reading Trustpilot reviews-BIG mistake.
Wasn't made clear that order was dispatched from USA hence took a long time coming. The glasses did NOT do what they advertised-could not focus even though my eyesight was within advertsied parameters. The glasses were cheap and poorly manufactured from sub-standard materials. On requesting refund, was offered to keep glasses on a (further) 50% discount! I declined. Now they wnted 'clear' photos of glasses and packaging!!! Then sent me a return address in Nevada, USA. had to pay return postage myself (not made clear on advertisement. Luckily, the full price (inc. postage & packing) has been refunded. Do not go anywhere near this rubbish!

Absolutely shocking company these people may get away with this is China but sell crap for top price. ALWAYS CHECK COMPANY REVEIWS BEFORE YOU ORDER

Absolute rubbish - couldn't contact anyone, NO refund, in fact don't even bother returning them to the RETURN ADDRESS, complete crap.

I bought a pair of vision focus glasses but after reading reviews for vision pro they seem to be the same firstly they were most uncomfortable to wear & then after adjusting for vision to view & line up what I was looking at from my left eye I had to move my head slightly to the right which then put out the vision on the right I purchased these from the Vision Focus website with postage costing around £ 60 as I am self isolating & old I did not return them I think I have been ripped off , well that will teach me a good lesson your never too old to learn.

Vision pro/ vision focus - yes I agree with previous reviews in that I’m sure they are the same product and company. Their returns guarantee says the product “Can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked”. This is not the reality. The product is of such poor quality that a) They’re useless and not fit for purpose b) They’re of such rubbish quality that I expect them to break within days c) They would be worth £1 maximum to anyone desperate enough to need them. Keep right away from this firm and this product. I e-mailed the company and was told someone would get in touch - they didn’t. I pursued with a further e-mail and was told that they were sorry about my disappointment and would “Save you the problem of returning the glasses and offer me a 50% discount.” I responded that, as they aren’t worth anything like that, I require a full refund. I’ve had no reply as yet but will try to pursue the complaint further and involve Trading Standards. It seems that I have been conned out of my money - a painful thing for a Yorkshireman to admit. Do not buy anything from them.
UPDATE. The company ultimately agreed that I could return the item for a full refund of the product price, however!! I was informed that I had to send the parcel back at my expense to an address in Lithuania and obtain a tracking number. I then had to contact the company and tell them the tracking number. Then I had to monitor the parcels progress myself and contact the company when I saw the tracking confirmed delivery.
I decided that I was being led along the proverbial garden path, so ultimately accepted the initial 50% off, which meant my cheap and nasty glasses had cost me an extortionate £35. I have still to see the money come back into my credit card account.
FINAL OUTCOME. Today I see a refund in my credit card account of the £34!!! I am amazed. Stay away however, don’t buy from this company. If you need these glasses (and you don’t, trust me) then buy some fixed lense reading glasses from Boots the chemist, or search the internet, as there’s plenty of other places to buy them at a fraction of the cost.

Never received my contact lenses after 2 months. VisionPros refused to issue a refund and support refuses to take any action. Will be buying contacts locally from now on.

Don't buy this product. The glasses are absolute trash. Bought better reading glasses at the local $2.00 shop. Made from cheap plastic. Thinking about sending them back but more trouble than it's worth. I will be writing about it on Facebook though.

There is an outfit advertising in the UK (and possibly elsewhere) called 'visionfocus' which looks very much like the same thing as 'visionpro'. Same slick presentation but the product looks identical to the one which is subject to the damning reviews here. Is this the same company - maybe rebranded because of the negative reviews? Sure looks like it.

I was interested about these but dubious when I saw them advertised on YouTube. I did a google search and found what looks suspiciously like these glasses extremely cheap on e-bay. I suspect that these are the same glasses, or to the same standard, as those and that this is just a scam using flash advertising and marketing techniques. I do think such large companies as YouTube should weed their poor advertising out, most of the adverts on there appear dubious, usually trying to sell courses on selling - if these people were so good at selling why are they flogging courses to tell others how to do it?

i order my vision pro glasses from vision pro when i recived my glasses they came in a box marked VIZMAXX self adjusting glasses .by BRAND DEVELOPERS.AND THEY ARE A JOKE! MIGHT AS WELL SENT ME SOME OF THEM X RAY GLASSES YOU GET OUT OF A COMIC BOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I bought three of these - one for my wife and mother plus one for myself - absolute garbage - do not buy them - they are cheep crap and I am so disappointed that I was stupid enough to pay them $109 for three pairs of glasses that should never have been made

The method of bringing them into focus is poorly made - they are not well made and the focus is a joke

If the person who created these is a genuine optician (which I doubt) then he needs to change career - I would not let him near my eyes

Summary - keep your money and go to see a real optician
