I have been very happy with my buying experience through Vitamin Planet and am sad to say that I probably won't be buying from you again. Unfortunately I live in Europe and I have found out through bitter experience that I have to pay at least an extra 30 euros for any vitamins I buy in the U.K. I am a pensioner and cannot afford these extra charges and tariffs. I imagine you have quite a few English speaking customers in Europe who are hoping that sometime in the future you are able to set up a warehouse in Europe to help negate these extra monies.

Awful! Black Friday I ordered some masks, a few days later, they cancelled my order, said the price was a mistake. I just missed all the other black Friday deals because of their mistakes!
I would never buy anything from this company!

Just a good company. I ordered on line, received my order after few days, well wrapped. What else can you ask for?

This company describes itself as the UK leading vitamin supplier - if so heaven help us. 50 days ago I wrote to them regarding an issue setting up an order. After several e-mails (including a request to phone me) I got an e-mail saying their response time was 30 days. Really? - I'm still waiting. Very disappointed that I had to give 1 star as something like minus 10 stars would be appropriate.

The worst products, please avoid to buy these fake healthy products.

Bad ， don’t keep sending email to me

excellent product.use it for more than 6month. make my skin so smooth. looks younger. a bit dear for me normally ,but bought it Buy one get one free when it offered,strongly recommended.

Bought an expensive face cream Jivesse, and there wasn't cream in it. Rang the customer service, they didn't believe me and refuse to do anything. This happened a few years ago, never went shopping here again, and told friends so.

I was feeling low in energy, which affected my enthusiasm for wanting to make positive achievements in my life. Did some research on vitamins and minerals. Found this UK company and ordered the relevant vits. and mins. My order arrived promptly. No complaints.

Product never delivered, was told it was out of stock despite receiving an e mail from Hermes saying it had been dispatched from Vitamin Planet. Bought via Amazon subsequently.
I did get a prompt refund though.

Shocking service - avoid.
Took my money knowing they didn’t have stock and kept saying it was on its way. Never received my order.

PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Very poor customer service. I chased up my order twice but had to leave a message. No one ever called me back. When my order did turn up it was nearly 2 weeks late. I place another order on the 6th April 2021 and it still hasn’t been dispatched. I won’t be using this company again.

It was taken too long to get the goods. I understand due to the national lockdown, delivery and goods supplies were slower than normal. But this was the longest time I had been waiting, for more than two months. The other goods I ordered online with different companies were all delivered within a reasonable time.
By the way, I made the purchase last year. But just now received the email for a feedback!

The products ordered were well priced and will presumably be good. However their carrier Hermes has failed to deliver the goods.
E mails to Vitamin planet and Hermes have not resolved the situation from 30/03.

Very disappointing so far.

Love these products. I had very low B12 (vegan diet) and took the Tri-blend for 3 months and retested at Drs with normal levels.
They ship quickly and use recyclable packaging.
