Vitamin World Reviews 

This is one of the worst companies you can ever order from. Ordered a black Friday deal by three get three free only to receive three and no matter how many times I called they cannot resolve the situation. They always give me the runaround I have given up on receiving, my last three but I will never ever order from vitamin world again if I only read previous reviews, I would have never ordered this time. I will buy elsewhere and I do buy a lot.

I bought "Ginseng Complex 1,000mg" 3-4 years ago and used it, it was great, was giving me great energy etc.
But I ordered it again this year (April’23) 6 pieces for me and my friend and using it daily but I didn’t see any positive effect of it. It does nothing.. Waste of money..
Most probably they changed this product’s formulation while changing its packaging.
They made cost saving project on the product performance and formulation. And they think that consumers will not understand the change of product performance.. Don't buy this product

YIKES! My credit card company offered an 11% cash back on this company, now I know why…..
First time I EVER used vitamin world.com. Ordered whey protein at $35 per 4lbs. Not cheap but decent brand. Get a message that the whey I chose is now BOGO 50% off…wow, let me get two for +/- $53! Nice! Need some soft gels vitamins, put one in the cart and get a pop up that reads: “buy two, get THREE for free” Man this is awesome. $12/bottle turns into $5/bottle!
Enter shipping address/enter billing address, proceeds to cart and the two Whey deal shows up, vitamin bottles don’t. I proceed on checking out, but it doesn’t advance past “FETCHING DATA” I put phone down and return two mins later, same thing. Still “beachballing.”
Despite NOT having an order number generated, I email “custserv at vitaminworld” to let them know I CANNOT finish my order. Get a poorly worded reply TWO DAYS LATER that I need to clear my “cookies” cache then try again. I do as instructed and I get an order number blah blah blah. Now I’m wondering why I don’t receive an immediate email with confirmation/delivery date etc….but, I have to go about my work day.

Next day, I get an email saying that there was an issue with billing and to call a 800 number. Called and spoke to a lady that could not provide an answer why more order was having issues. I asked to speak to another rep, as I could barely understand her broken English. Was placed on HOLD for ten minutes only to have her ask me: “you still there?” with a slight giggle. I ask how much longer do I have to wait, and she says: “oh, I can have supervisor call you back at your number.” I ask her to verify MY phone number and the number she gives me is:
1. Not the United States exchange(+1)
2. Not my area code
3. Not my number

hmmmm, supervisor must be psychic.
Gave her my number and no phone call as of a day later….credit card still showing amount as “pending.”

I then email the “custserv at vitaminworld.com” to explain the situation, and my email comes back as blocked!

Went on TrustPilot AFTER this fracas and saw their low rating.

The emails are all archived and the fictitious names are very entertaining.
My rep was named “Tina Rodriguez Garcia” and the supervisor that was supposed to call me back was “Tom Long.”
The email generated customer service names were:
“John Walter.”
“Harris Jacobs”

Stay away. Look at reviews.

Worst customer service. Worst delivery. I didn’t receive any notification about the delivery through my account or by email and I was waiting for almost a month while it was delivered to the office reception instead of my apartment. And customer service are careless. I will never purchase from them again.

I ordered buy 2 Get 1 free Vitamin World products. I only received 2 products. I called Vitamin World and sent pictures of the box and its contents. Their response was that the weight of the box when they shipped it means that all of the products were in the box AND if I wanted to return the products, I would only get a refund of the products returned minus shipping. They never sent me a receipt, or a packing slip, or an email of when it was shipping or anything. They did send me an email that was supposed to go to someone else about the expired product they sent to him. Never do business with Vitamin World! They are shady AF!

Was sent vitamins that expire in 3 months for a 6 month supply bottle.

Asked for a refund and they refused, so I am left with essentially expired vitamins.

Probably the worst company I have bought from, will never be doing business with them again and I suggest you save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

This company is horrible, be alert!
They sent soon to be expired products to customers, some have less th than two months expiration date. Terrible customer service experience, will never purchase from them again.

Entire order expires in two months. Very very unethical.

Order made since September 2020, I have not received my order it now January 2021. I contact twice before I received a response, they are telling 3 different thing which is not valid. Please listen to the bad reviews that the real review, I have to contact my card provider to get my money back. What a waste of time and effort. Do not shop with Vitamin World unless you want to waste your money.

I have used Vitamin World for many years and have never had any problems recieving my order until March 2019. I got a message from customs asking me for checks of product among other things. I sent all they asked for, but the order Ihad placed with Vitamin World apparentlyjust went back to sender. Aprox. one month later the same thing happened. It´s next to impossible to contact Vitamin World from outside USA (all phone numbers are toll free) so I had to wait until I couldcall from USA during a visit there.
I then was given a claim number (CAS-036518) and was promised a refund of my payment (131,97 US$ + shipping). The refund never arrived and I never heard back from Vitamin World. I really want to at least know why Vitamin World never contacted me about the claim.

Terrible! No help or response from customer service, I have tried to contact them in over 3 occasions! I still have not received my supplements and every time I click on the tracking link they say that it was due to be delivered on the 31st March! We are in April and I have had no supplements, no help from the company whatsoever. But they had no problem taking my money though!. Do not shop here unless you want to waste your money!

I loved the buy one get one free pill boxes plus $5 off my order. I got 8 of the pill boxes for vitamins. Even though they hold a lot in each section. I take about 50 pills a day.
I do wish that there was a way to attach them all together for a 7 day plan. The prices of vitamins and supplements are high unless you get their buy 2 get 3 free. I have not ordered any of those.
The product arrived in about 10 days. I love the containers and use them everyday.
I was going to order more of them, but they were out of stock. So I ordered some from Walmart. They had a better deal, probably not the size of the ones from Vitamin world.
But 24 pill boxes for $6 with free shipping, I could not pass it up.

I do however, wish they carried more items like netrition.com does.
