I'd heard amazing reviews about Dr Rupert and he did not disappoint. It was my first experience of having lip fillers and I felt nervous, however he put me completely at ease and listened to exactly what I wanted while recommending what he thought was best for me. The procedure was quick and painless and I couldn't be happier with my results. Would highly recommend!

I have been going to Viva for over 4 years now. Dr Rupert is a genius and I trust him with all of my treatments. Amazing experience with Dr Rupert Critchley. Knew I was looking a little tired, but didn't know what was needed to tackle it. After listening to all my concerns, he suggested the 3D Facelift and Contouring.He explained clearly how addressing certain areas helped lift the entire face. Completely love the result!!. He was fantastic in creating a balanced and natural effect, even addressing my uneven eyebrows and asymmetrical volume loss. I look refreshed and rejuvenated. Cant recommended him enough, he's also super fab and fun.

I was recommended Dr Critchley by a friend and promptly made an appointment for a consultation. He's exactly the sort of doctor you'd hope to see while considering cosmetic treatments - he listens, is honest, friendly and shares the belief that less is more. Dr Critchley ensured I was completely confident in my decision and that all my questions had been answered before my procedure. The treatment itself was a fast, painless process that with great results. This was my first cosmetic procedure, but I will definitely be going back.

I've never had any sort of cosmetic treatments done in my life. And before visiting Dr Rupert I was nervous as it was my first time.

He is so completely honest and if he doesn't feel like you need it he will simply tell you won't need it. His work is something I can only describe as art, he is so specific and careful and everything comes out so natural that it doesn't look fake or plastic.

I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my face. He is literally the best. He has different locations in london, the procedure is so fast and painless (my piercings hurt more) and the results lasts for ages.

I've been having Botox and fillers for years by various doctors. The treatment results from Dr Critchley has by far been the best and natural so far. He is very professional and gentle and I have never had such a pain free experience. He is very thorough, skilful and listens to what you want to achieve with the treatment and delivers it exactly. I would highly recommend him to any friends and family.

I have had botox injection for over four years and always had satisfying results. Then, few months ago I unfortunately trusted the "skills" of a terrible "doctor" at a very well known Central London "clinic". The results were awful and they started to fade away not even a month after the procedure. I went back to complain and was treated incredibly badly by the staff and by a new "doctor" after demanding a free session as I wasn't going to pay for the treatment twice in a month as they failed to provide me with the quality that was expected from the initial treatment. I wish I didn't even bothered as, whatever they injected me with, the results were uneven and they, again, started fading after JUST 4 weeks. Again! Thankfully, at that point, I heard about Dr. Rupert and after reading all the amazing reviews, I booked an appointment with him in Vivaskin clinic. Frankly, despite the great reviews, I was still dubious... probably scarred by the horrific experience I just went through at that Central London "clinic", anyway, after meeting Rupert my hopes immediately started to rise again. He was very friendly and understanding of the issues I recently had and he was extremely reassuring about being able to fix the problems and give me natural and long lasting results. He was very attentive to my wishes and hopes about the outcome of the treatment and I felt immediately that I was finally in good hands! What I didn't realise was that I was in fact in ABSOLUTELY GREAT HANDS!!! NOT only the procedure was literally pain-free, but the results are THE ABSOLUT MOST AMAZING I could have ever asked for!!! I am incredibly happy I found out about Dr. Rupert and I am NEVER EVER going to anybody else!! I never looked better!! And it's all SO natural looking!!! The man is a GENIUS!!
