I joined reward mobile when they were voice 999. They were really good but they are now dreadful. Customer service is shocking, the online chat service is a joke and the deals offered ain't great. If you have any questions about your bill you have to go through the network. Cut out the middle man and get your upgrade via the desired network.
Due for an early upgrade on 22/04, was contacted in March about it, agreed to have an iPhone 13 for same cost/contract, would get phone out to me in a couple of days. Since then, nothing. No emails, text or calls, no contact whatsoever. I’ve been with Voice Mobile 999 for probably 15 years, but I’m now seriously thinking about knocking it on the head and just getting a giffgaff sim or something. The customer service/support is practically non-existent. I hope they don’t rely on word-of-mouth advertising . . .

Received my phone the next day all great, but trying to get hold of them to get my PAC No. from EE plan is ridiculous, I've sent various emails, rung the number no answer, left two voicemail messages - They are now suggesting I cancel from their Contract, that can't be good for business...surely - I just want to sort my phone out - all very stressfull!!!
Terrible. Renewed through voice mobile recently. I have subsequently found out through EE that VM have put me on a business users plan something I did not ask for or wish for, completely without my permission. They also did not apply my NHS discount after they assured me that they had. Either deceit or sheer incompetence. Avoid.

Ordered an iPhone 11 and was informed would be delivered the following day. I heard nothing at all so contacted them to tell me the phone was out of stock and would take 4-6 weeks!! I then asked to cancel and for a confirmation of cancellation. They said I could use the live chat as my confirmation.

Reward mobile is affiliated to an NHS discount scheme so I chose to ATTEMPT ordering a new phone with them. It has been over a week since my original order and I have been exchanging multiple emails on a daily basis, been bounced back from Reward Mobile to EE, told my order is declined, then approved, then declined again. There is constant miscommunication, when there is any communication at all, and I have requested several times to escalate my order and for a call back but am still waiting for any update since the last email reply asking me to contact EE again. Absolutely the worst experience I have had in order to get a phone 🤣

Placed an order for a Samsung a52 on Friday and was told I would get a confirmation message for my order within the hour. No message by Monday so I called to find out what was going on and was told the phone was out of stock! They said it would probably be in by the end of week. I waited until the following Monday, called again and was told they were expecting stock by the end of the week. At this point I was fed up of their excuses so I ordered one from buymobiles.net which was available for next day delivery, plus I got double the data for the same price. I wouldn't waste my time with reward mobile again
I thought I bought phone through EE BUT it turns out I bought it through 3rd company called reward mobile. This been my 1st time after many years that I bought new device not through mobile phone operator that I Benn using and i was very sceptical firstly.
My phone's screen all of a sudden one morning was unresponsive and I couldn't even pick up a call. As I had the phone less then a 28 days- I was entitled to a replacement, so I contacted Reward customer services to let them know what's the situation.
Most of my time I was talking to company's customer service team leader Vicky, she was very friendly and was very apologetic to the problems I dealt with during this time.
Though technical warehouse was unable to find the fault with my device Samsung galaxy A42 5G- Vicky replaced my device with a new one and I received within a days time.

They told me they were EE sent me a phone I can't use and now I can't find a number for them anywhere scammers

I have been with Voicemobile for some time and generally not had an issue. I have recently broken my phone and whilst I am aware that I am outside of my upgrade timescales I am happy to pay for a new phone. I originally phoned and failed to receive a response having left a message, I have e-mailed and had a response saying they cannot deal with the request (a quote) by e-mail but feel to phone them. I have phoned four times and had the phone cut off each time! I am unlikely to give them my repeat custom in the future!

so I've given a message to cancel MY iphone 11, they still haven't replied, so yesterday I ordered a iphone 12 as I want my iphone 11 cancelled, i still havent got anything back on my phone updates, but my mate did. can I get some help please?
I placed on order though Health Service Discounts on Tuesday 9th June. I recieved an email instantly advising of my order/direct debit details. Updated on Wednesday afternoon that my phone had been dispatched and would be delivered by DPD. Tracking for delivery was available thorugh my confirmation email and via text. Phone arrived on Thursdsay early evening and all looks good so far. Have yet to set it up although its a gennuine Apple product and my sim/plan all seems to be in order.
I was slightly sceptical after ordering as I didn't realise I was ordering through a partner company of EE, and not EE themselves. Some negative reviews on here although I have no complaints at all. Contract payments halved compared to my last contract, with free BT Sport a bonus. Would recommend :-)
Having used an Apple iPhone for several years I was Brave (maybe foolish) to consider changing MAKE.
Being elderly I opted for a Samsung A20e, slightly larger in body.
The young man who discussed the phone and its Qualities with me was most helpful and gave me a contact no. Should I need more info.
Sadly old habits die hard and I could not get on with the Samsung and decided to return it. With the Problems of Coronavirus it appeared wrong time wrong number , as-when ringing his contact number usually found him logged out.
When I eventually caught up with him he put me in touch with Zoe Holmes in Customer Services.
We, she and I did retrace my steps from the initial verbal agreement.
After much help and support she offered me either an Apple iPhone 7plus or an 8.
My needs are relatively simple, and comparing details of both phones the 7plus
Adequately met my needs.
The New phone was delivered, the Samsung returned and I am enjoying my new larger phone.
After some frustrations I must say I am very delighted with my situation.

I want to say a MASSIVE thank you to Zoe who helped me organise my phone upgrade nothing was too much for her there was a delay in the handset i had chosen being delivered to me then more problems on top of that i was very disappointed but Zoe kept my spirits up organised a loan handset got it to me overnight kept me in the loop to everything going on she was the best.
All this was right as the last bank holiday started and during very trying times for us all.. I will be keeping the loan headset set Zoe's recommendation (Thank you) i love it and i will most defiantly use it service again when time for an upgrade.
Thank you to Harry who helped me upgrade my phone when it was due to finish its contract, I am super happy with my new phone and it was delivered within 2 days of ordering it, despite the Covid-19 outbreak.
