Excellent job, very pleased. Andy & Chris have been great from start to finish. Communication before the installation was really good, these guys answered all my questions and made it easy to organise the installation. This company is responsive, polite, informed and accommodating. They are knowledgeable and the two employees that fitted the EV charger unit arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, accommodated my preferences re positioning of the charger and cable and explained the system clearly. I would recommend the service as an all-in package.

Chris carried out the EV charger installation and was brilliant—very friendly, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the installation was neat and done to a high standard.

A big thank you as well to Andy for coordinating everything behind the scenes and keeping the process smooth and hassle-free. Communication was excellent throughout.

After speaking to a couple of EV charger installers, it took about five minutes on the phone with Andy for me to realise these were the guys to go with.

Andy and Chris were brilliant from the start — friendly, straightforward, and no nonsense. Everything was explained clearly and the whole process was completely hassle-free.

This morning, Charlie came out to fit the charger and he was just as good. Turned up on time, cracked on with the job, did a really tidy install.

A few months back I had looked at going with 🐙 but after reading a few bits online I wasn’t totally convinced. In hindsight I’m really glad I went with these guys instead — the service, communication, and workmanship were spot on.

I recently had Voltco install my EV charger, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From the moment I reached out for a quote, Andy and Chris were incredibly helpful and supportive. They took the time to provide all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I initially thought I knew exactly what I wanted, but after carrying out a thorough site check, they recommended a better alternative. There were absolutely no pushy sales tactics, in fact, they suggested a more cost-effective option that would suit my needs even better. That level of honesty really stood out.

They arranged a prompt appointment, kept me fully updated throughout the process, and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free.

On installation day, Charlie came out to fit the charger. I genuinely couldn’t fault the professionalism, workmanship, or communication. The whole team at Voltco delivered a first-class service from start to finish.

From initial contact to installation this company were excellent. If you are looking for a company to advise and install an ev charger even in an unusual set up I highly recommend Voltco. Very professional but also friendly and helpful. 5 star service. Made the whole process easy.

Having been told there was a long wait for a charger from my supplier and the possibility of additional expensive extras, I looked round and found Voltco. The process of booking in the job was simple and an initial requirement that we thought might be needed on the initial quote wasn't so a new lower quote came through really quickly. Rather than the 2 months wait I had been told by my supplier, the charger was installed within a couple of days as the team were already in my area a couple of days after I accepted the quote. The install took very little time and the team managed to route the cabling from the meter to the outside of the house without it being visible.

A really great job, great service and a quick turnaround. All the paperwork for the service modification with Northern Powergrid was sorted as part of the package.

Fantastic experience from initial enquiry to end of project.
Andy and Chris arranged to fit an EV charger to our property promptly and guided us through the process to ensure all prep work needed by Northern Power Grid was completed in advance.
Living in a period property we were concerned that the install would be a challenge however Chris had no problems and completed everything including giving us a run through of the app process in a timely manner.
Great company and will certainly recommend and use again for further electrical work.

I cannot thank these folks enough, their service was five gold stars from my initial contact with them right up and through until the work was done (completed 18 Jan 2024 in Strensall)
They were on time, polite, highly professional and very knowledgable. My fitting was more complex as I needed a new consumer unit, there was also a slight issue with my house wiring, the guys didn't short cut, they just kept investigating, researching and keeping me updated until they had fixed the issue (one that was caused by a previous electrician)
They arrived on time, were working in the freezing cold and left my house immaculate. The EV charger is brilliant and they talked me through how to work it and didn;t leave my house until I was completely satisfied.
I would definitely advise anyone to use Voltco for any electrical works, especially EV charger. Thanks Andy, Chris and Charlie, I'd give you ten stars if I could!

Andy and Chris great all the way through - excellent comms via Whatsapp and email. Fitting was swift and non-disruptive. Good explanation on how to use the charger & app afterwards. End result looks excellent and works a treat.
