Very unhappy with the customer rep misinformation on all three reps that I spoke with today when trying to book a birthday vacation for myself I will never never contact or get involved with this company again very unhappy each time I paid well when I paid the first time I told I was told that's all I was going to have to pay then I was told this time that I have to pay some more and get this back but I wasn't getting that back three different people give me three different answers a resort that was on their site they tell me my credit score wasn't to par but nobody pulled my credit score they only put my FICO score that is unfair which I should have been told about earlier today was going to pull my FICO score in order for me to get a resort that I wanted to be comfortable with never never again and yes I did request my refund

I purchased the $159 package they offered promoting Holiday Inn Vacation Club only to find out i was not eligible without explanation. The actual charge was $199 i assume after fees. Numerous calls and time and was then offered to stay at Spinniker for additional $169, i finally figured out this company is a scam and did not accept or pay for additional offer and just considered the original $199 as lesson learned. You only have 30 days to cancel, so if you don't try to make reservation within the first 30 days,it is too late to cancel if they are not able to book the stay. I made the mistake thinking it was promoted by Holiday Inn. Stay away.

🚩🚩 RED FLAG — DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFORMATION! THANK GOD I read all the reviews before giving the salesman my card information. After being on the phone with him for 31 minutes, I was ready to make the payment, but I told him, “Give me a minute, let me look up your Google Business Profile,” and that’s when I saw all the negative reviews. He even tried to explain them away by saying that all the salesmen involved had been fired, etc. I apologized and told him, “I’m sorry, but I can’t trust you guys.” He then said, “I’m sorry for your husband,” and hung up on me. That reaction alone told me I made the right decision. 😳 Please do your research and read the reviews before giving them your card information!

Do not purchase from this company. I accepted the sale of a package by phone for $200. First of all it was sold for $139. then when paying it became $200. with fees.Two days later they charged me another $119. for another package with no explanation as to why the second package was charged without talking with me. Had I not received an alert from my bank it could have gone through.
Now I cancelled the $200 package and it take up to 10 days to get a refund. I no longer trust this company. I will not answer their calls again or purchase from them.

Be very careful when dealing with this business. They seem to specialize in bait-and-switch tactics. Also, if you pay them anything toward a reservation, do not expect to get your money back—even if they promise a refund.

I made a reservation through them and was charged an additional $169. However, I never received any confirmation email for the reservation. When I contacted them to cancel it, they assured me that it had been canceled and that a refund would be issued.

After waiting about a week without receiving the refund, I called again and was told by another agent that the reservation had never been canceled. I requested the cancellation again and asked to speak with a manager. I was promised a callback from a manager, but that call never came.

It has now been over a month, and I still have not received the refund despite numerous phone calls and emails. They refuse to connect customers with managers or anyone who can actually resolve the issue.

I also had another reservation with them that I canceled, and I am still waiting for that refund as well.

This has been the worst and most frustrating experience I have ever had with a business. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid using this company.

Don't waste your money. They offer you the worst time and refuse to return your money.

Please trust me they LIE! NOTHING IS TRUE. THEY WORK SPINNIKAR RESORTS AND WILL say what ever is needed for you to buy. Then you will.speak with spinnikar to book to find out you stay in low class roach hotels. Please stay away from these companies

I purchased their "Vacation Package". It sounded good. I had done a similar packages with Hilton and Holiday Inn that both turned out as advertised. This VRC has been a totally different story. Very limited choice of sites and times. I canceled per VRC regulations. I was told I would get a full refund. Here are the excuses: We tried to refund to your credit card, (didn't happen), we changed Merchant Credit Card Processor (it didn't work), we escalated it to our Financial Department (it didn't work), you will get a refund by check mailed to you (didn't happen), no one is available in the Finance Department (no return call). Only suggestion: Attorney General.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I was lied to from the start. I was sold on the premise that i would be securing a pet friendly property. This was not the case. Upon trying to get a refund i was put on hold for hour to confirm what i said was true. After confirmation i was transferred to someone that tried to resell on another property. Then was told that my request still needed to be escalated to finance for review and that i might get a refund. STAY AWAY!!!!!

This company offers hotel stays at discounted prices for attending a sales presentation. First, I will say the resort we stayed at was very nice. I am very disappointed with being mislead about pricing. When I made my reservation over the phone I was told I would only pay $109.00 Total. I was made aware that the resort may charge a deposit which was understandable. We attended the long presentation where the gift that was originally offered over the phone was now different with no reason as to Why? Only thing said was in the computer that was what was showing. I then needed to find my original offer before they would even considering honoring it. Luckily I keep all my records. After a few days back home from our trip I checked my credit card just to ensure the $100 deposit was placed back on my card. To find out that I was actually charged $135.00. I then called the hotel and was told I was charged the $135.00 as part of the package deal with the presentation that no one had ever told me about. Overall I would not recommend this company the presentation itself was 4 hours and I was overcharged!!!
