Quickly done and cleared up as much as they could. Kept me informed. Slight mis communication about the front cladding around the door frame. So unable to complete it to specifications.
Very professional from start to finish, everything explained about the removal of the old asbestos roof and the fitting of the new roof. Well pleased and definitely recommend them. Thank you VSF Gar... Toon meer

A job well done
The initial appointment was conducted in a professional and friendly manner.
The work was carried out on the date we requested.
When the workmen arrived they explained what the job entailed & got on with it without any disruption to our day.
When the job was finished they left everything clean & tidy.

Seamless Service. Great Install
I first heard of VSF through their leaflet drop. To be fair, I’d had their leaflets pop through our door a couple of years in succession before I got in contact with them. Right from the initial contact, surveyors site visit, through to the team installing the roof, every stage was seamless. A great product, installed without fuss, on time which looks great and is guaranteed. Thank you V.S.F.

Everything went smoothly
Everything went smoothly and VSF certified that they had disposed of the asbestos safely. The only thing that didn't happen was that the installers didn't tell us exactly when they would be arriving, which VSF said they would do the day before or when they were on their way. Instead they just rolled up, but on schedule.

The only thing that prevents you from getting a 5 star rating was that someone omitted the clear panel from the original order and it had to be installed later. The men who did the work were most helpful and accommodating.

VSF Get Your Garage/Outhouse Covered !
VSF provided a great experience from first contact, to job completion. The process of replacing my Garage/Outhouse Roof began with a visit from a friendly representative. Once pricing had been agreed, I had a follow-up visit from the Surveyor, a few days later. The roof (made from a high quality metal), was then produced in the factory bespoke. An estimated time period for the job to be done, had been given on the Rep's first visit. I received an e-mail with a definite date, a couple of weeks after the Surveyor's visit. On the day of the job, three technicians arrived, removed the existing roof, fitted new wooden battens and then fitted the metal roof itself. The men were polite, on time, and worked throughout the day. By the end of the day the job was done and site cleared, they also cleaned up very well. A perfect job.

Quality.
Obviously an experienced team who barely stopped once on site. They were efficient and professional and surprisingly tidy, and cleared and cleaned up each day. They tried to work through drizzle but were defeated by a downpour and had to return to next day, bang on the agreed time.
It looks as if we have a new garage with new windows and roof with new guttering etc and the work has lifted the period brickwork and made it a feature of the “new” garage.
Highly recommended.
