West 4 Plumbing and Heating Ltd Reviews

Recently discovered West 4 plumbing. Would highly recommend, I recently used them for boiler service and maintenance of heating system, on time and clearly has excellent knowledge of all plumbing matter.

This company is phenomenal. I cannot praise them enough. I had a big flood today and Dennis came within a very short time to sort everything out. He was super quick and very professional. I have now had Claudio, Alfie and Dennis fix my plumbing/central heating issues over the past 2 years and each time they have been so efficient and prompt. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Thank you Alfie for doing the work quickly, thoroughly, very efficiently with no mess and the problem was sorted out without any stress, would always recommend you with the utmost confidence. Thank you again

This company is very reliable and always delivers quality and great customer service and experience. I highly recommend to everyone who is looking for a honest, professional service! Thank you for all your help so far!

Alfie is the absolute best. He is so responsive and dependable which is not necessarily the norm in his business. Plus he really knows his stuff and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. And perhaps best of all he will never rip you off. I'm so glad I found him and have recommended him to all my friends.

Alfie & his team were superb and helped install my new boiler. Very knowledgeable, patient & well priced. I cant thank them enough and highly recommend!

Another big success for W4. They traced a leak that no one else had spotted. Thanks Alfie! Reliable, serious, good detective!

We have used Alfie so many times, he is excellent…. Always comes and sorts things out very quickly and gives great advice. Never use anyone else now.

Alfie of West 4 Plumbing and Heating is brilliant !
He has helped us twice, once with an heating issue and once with various small plumbing jobs. On both occasions he arrived when he said that he would, or earlier and fixed all the issues quickly and efficiently without leaving any signs he had ever been in our house. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and famiiy inn future

I can't recommend West 4 plumbing highly enough. They're a true professional, with a friendly personality and a genuine care for customer satisfaction. Extremely knowledgeable, won’t rip you off and tell you that you need a new boiler when you don’t need one (like another plumber badly advised me) so don't hesitate to call them! You won't regret it.

Best decision ever: my usual plumber kept letting me down and ignored my calls and texts. My neighbour told me to contact this company and praised them highly. You get quick response and very professional work. That’s it - hopefully they’ll be around forever!!

Possibly the fastest service I've ever experienced. Alfie was quick, efficient, honest, and tidy. I'd use their service again. Thanks!

Excellent service. Very quick to respond, diagnose and complete the work required to a high standard. Will be keeping their number handy as would definitely use again.
