Very smooth transition, came out measured then 3 weeks later the patio door was fitted. Fitters came nice and early and didnt take long at all. Would def recommend and use again.

Next was surveyor who again was friendly and great customer service.
I was given a fit date for our door whilst surveyor was on site .
All as planned and on time. Our fitter Lee Griffiths arrived. Friendly and pleasant attitude.
Got on with getting old door out and then fitting new door.
Excellent level of work. Very pleased with our new door.

I’m absolutely delighted with my beautiful new French doors. John and ‘Donna’ did an amazing job from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, tidy and clearly take great pride in their work.
Everything was left spotless, and you honestly wouldn’t even know they’d been here if it wasn’t for my gorgeous new doors! The whole experience was fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

I had my windows replaced by Mark Ingham today. Everything from survey to install was so easy. I was kept informed all the way through, and they managed to install my windows quickly as our house sale was riding on it. The quality of the window and installation is fantastic, Mark was very friendly and polite and the price was really competitive. Couldn’t ask for any more!

I had three windows fitted at my tenants property, he advised they came early to try to avoid the predicted rain. Jay and Gerry carried out the work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. They also sorted out the old window sills, the house was built in 1880 so nothing has straight lines and my tennant is delighted.

We are delighted with the 2 pvcu doors fitted by Jay and his colleague, the workmanship is great. The finishing touches are spot on. They were both very friendly and chatty and vacced and cleared up after themselves. Great job 👍

From start to finish the whole experience was professional, thorough and excellent value for money. I've have used Walkers windows before so didnt hesitate in asking them back for my recent job.
I had French doors fitted last Friday on a very wet and windy day. The fitter turned up on time, did the job on his own, cleaned up after himself and did an excellent job.

Extremely Pushy Sales Tactics

Constant phone calls from the sales team chasing the quote and trying to secure the work. It felt like they were desperate to get the sale over the line, possibly approaching the end of a monthly bonus period.

The price was suddenly reduced on the spot when they realised I was considering going elsewhere for my new doors.

We eventually came to an agreement where I would pay half upfront and the remaining balance over two years interest-free. However, they then called back saying the “boss has ripped them a new one” because they wouldn’t make any money on the deal, before trying to offer alternative arrangements which would benefit them a lot more than me.

I was genuinely considering using this company after the initial call, but the constant chasing, changing offers and unprofessional way the situation was handled completely put me off.

After what felt like 6,893,204 phone calls, they’ve lost my business. I’d suggest letting customers make their own decisions rather than repeatedly chasing them to secure a sale.
