BAD COMPANY - DO NOT TRUST
This company misrepresents from the beginning and is never forthright about the time it takes to actually begin working after hire. They provide fake start dates, then let them pass without a word. Then another, and so on. They claim when asked, that the 6-8 week delay to begin work is due to the Background Check being conducted by the County. But the County says something entirely different.
It is also important to note, that in order to work at ANY PORT, one must first obtain a TWIC Card. (Transportation Worker Identification Credential.) The investigation to obtain this card is conducted by Homeland Security and The FBI and is surely more in-depth and comprehensive than anything a local county might conduct. Mine took over six weeks to arrive. Then this company began claiming things in their stalling that the County claims is simply not true.
I was also subjected to extreme hostility, anger, etc., including staff claiming that one van driver was going to kill another van driver, one staff being violently attacked at home by what turned out to be his drug addict son, then that son committing suicide or over-dosing.
I witnessed Land Rovers being damaged in unattended Car Washes and much more!
This is a bad company, who misrepresents from the beginning, then lies and attempts to suppress all truths.
