Reece is the best coordinator. He’s basically a wedding planner. It was the time of the month and I kid you Reece came running with pads😂😂

He made sure that my day was smooth and never rushed us.

The venue is amazing the bridal room is spacious.

Had my sons wedding yesterday and from the first viewing of the venue until we left late last night I can only say that the experience was fantastic

The venue was immaculate and exactly as we envisaged and the food was amazing

From the moment we arrived at Walton View, we knew we were in for something special. The venue itself is stunning — beautifully maintained grounds, elegant interiors, and breathtaking views that made every photo look like it belonged in a magazine. But what truly made our experience extraordinary was the team behind it all.

Our wedding planner, Aliyah, was nothing short of amazing. From our very first meeting, she was attentive, creative, and incredibly organized. She took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined. Every detail — from the décor and timing to the coordination of suppliers — was executed flawlessly. On the day itself, Aliyah was calm, reassuring, and always one step ahead, making sure everything ran smoothly so we could simply enjoy every moment.

The Walton View staff were equally wonderful — professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. They treated our guests with such warmth and went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. The service was impeccable, and the food was absolutely delicious — we received endless compliments from our guests!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day or a more dedicated team. Walton View is a truly magical venue, and thanks to Aliyah and the entire staff, our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. Highly, highly recommended! 💍✨

My daughter chose Walton View for her wedding in July 2025, and it truly felt like stepping into a real-life fairy tale. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with such care, love, and professionalism. Aliya and Ash, the incredible events managers, made us feel like family. They listened to every detail, supported us through every moment, and ensured my daughter’s special day was absolutely perfect.

The hotel rooms were luxurious and comfortable, and the food — from breakfast to the wedding meal — was 5-star quality and full of flavour. Our guests were blown away by the hospitality and the warm atmosphere.

We were so touched by the whole experience that we knew we wanted to return — and we did, booking again for my son’s Nikkah this October 2025. Once again, Walton View went above and beyond to make our celebration unforgettable. Their dedication, respect for our traditions, and genuine kindness meant the world to us.

Just wanted to say what an exceptional venue, I had my wedding there in 2024 July and it was the most perfect day. The staff were brilliant cannot fault them for a single thing, and the event manger Alya was beyond helpful. She made my dream wedding become reality, while making sure myself and all guests were taken care of throughout the day. We had also booked the hotel rooms and the service was second to none. Would definitely recommend booking this venue to ensure you get the dream wedding! I have since attended many other weddings there including my brothers which was wonderful. They now have an addition the restaurant wild orchard. This venue honestly offers everything you want and need!!!!!!

We have now had two family weddings at Walton View and could easily have many more. The process was well organised and stress free as Walton really do offer everything you could need. On the day you can rely on your coordinator to make sure everything is running smoothly and on time. The hall, hotel and wild orchard are absolutely stunning but what sets this venue apart is the service, every member of staff we encountered was genuinely brilliant at what they did. I can’t recommend enough!

Horrific experience after our wedding at Walton View Hotel – please read before booking

I am writing this as the groom from a wedding held at Walton View Hotel on 13 September 2025. What should have been one of the happiest weekends of our lives turned into one of the most humiliating and distressing experiences we have ever faced.

From the beginning everything was chaotic. Check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm, yet many rooms were not ready. Guests who travelled for hours were left waiting. Some were given the wrong keys, others were told to swap rooms, and several never received their breakfast vouchers. Two of our rooms had no heating. Instead of fixing the issue, staff handed out small portable heaters. Several guests later became unwell because of the cold.

The next morning things got worse. Because of the confusion caused by the hotel, some guests were refused breakfast because they did not have vouchers that were never given to them. My wife went down to speak to staff and was met with complete disrespect by the restaurant manager who told her, “I don’t care.” She was spoken to aggressively in front of other guests and came back to our room in tears. Seeing her like that on the morning after our wedding broke my heart.

When I went down to ask why he had made my wife cry, he shouted at me in front of everyone saying, “check CCTV” and “who are you.” It was embarrassing and deeply unprofessional. Moments later another manager named Sham came towards us shouting in front of our guests and even another bride who was about to get married that day. He made false accusations, spoke to us in a hostile way, and then shouted at me and my wife to “pack your things and get out.”

We were shocked, humiliated, and heartbroken. We had planned to stay another night, but after being screamed at like that in public, we packed our bags and left. My wife was crying and completely crushed. Later, Sham verbally apologised and offered us a free stay and dinner to make up for what had happened, which we refused. If he had done nothing wrong, there would have been no need to make such an offer.

To make matters worse, Walton View Hotel is now refusing to return our £1,000 refundable deposit, which we were promised (verbally and through WhatsApp) would be refunded within five days of the wedding. This was after we made a complaint. Instead, they fabricated claims of “over 30 damaged chairs” with an alleged repair cost of £1,500.

They have provided no proof of any damage, no proof that it was caused by our guests, and no signed agreement allowing them to charge us. The photo they sent shows light marks that are clearly colour residue from clothing, not damage requiring reupholstery. There is no proof these marks came from our event, and no invoice showing a real cost of £1,500. Their actions are unlawful and amount to keeping money that does not belong to them.

The owner, Nur, personally told us that an investigation would be completed and that we would receive a written response by the end of that week. Weeks later there has been no accountability, no apology, and no refund. We have been ignored while the hotel continues to hold money that is rightfully ours.

Our wedding weekend should have been a celebration of love. Instead, it ended in shouting, tears, and lies. No couple should ever be made to feel the way we did. It is unjust to keep a couple’s money and treat them like that.

This has left us shattered. It’s an unforgettable feeling seeing your wife ball her eyes out the morning after our wedding and being treated like this. It’s a memory I can never change because of the Walton.

Anyone planning their wedding or any special event should think very carefully before trusting Walton View Hotel with such an important day. They ruined what should have been one of the best moments of our lives and are still unlawfully withholding our money.

This amazing wedding venue is every couples fairy tail dream. The staff were so lovely and helpful the wedding organisers were absolutely brilliant. The package was perfect and the day ran smoothly.

They say planning a wedding is stressful, but it’s not with the Walton View Hotel supporting you.

Reece was our dedicated wedding coordinator, and I can honestly say I have never met someone who is so dedicated and passionate about their work. In fact, all the staff at Walton View are amazing and attentive and we could not have asked for anything more.
Back to Reece though. He helped us plan every last detail of the wedding, providing his own excellent thoughts and ideas (things we had not even thought of), gained through his vast knowledge and experience. The whole process has been amazing, with us being made to feel so special from start to finish.

When the actual big day arrived, Reece and his team were there throughout every moment, making sure everything ran perfectly and according to plan. From calming our nerves, being on standby with tissues, organising the guests, suppliers, photographer, and creating and maintaining an excellent atmosphere with his skills and confidence as Master of ceremonies. I could go on and on, but to sum everything up, we had the best wedding day ever and we will treasure every last moment forever. Absolutely beautiful venue, with passionate and dedicated staff who go out of their way to make your big day extra special.

If you a planning a wedding and are looking for a magical day that runs perfectly, then please look no further than the Walton View Hotel, it’s a place that will give you a wedding that dreams are made of….Thanks again to Reece and the team and Walton View.

Was invited to a family wedding to this beautiful place so elegant the service was great staff very friendly and helpful we was in table 12 the lady waitress that looked after us was so nice lovely lady so friendly and she is great at the job we had the amazing time memories beautiful wedding and a perfect day . Thank you so much would love to come back ther one day ! Great day so happy 😀

Fantastic wedding we attended yesterday the food was very delicious the venue it beautifull outside and inside amazing and hard work staff . Hassan served our table no 16 . He was amazing hard working .thank you much Hassan and all the staff for a wonderful day we really enjoyed it and hope to attend another wedding over there soon 😍

I recently attended a wedding at the hotel and it was lovely. Food served by my lahore was really good. Served hot and in a timely manner. A special thank you to Hassan who Served our table was very professional and polite.

Recently attended an event which was advertised as starting at 4.30pm. Precautionary we arrived at 5.15pm and at the time of writing this review 7.15pm nothing has started and it doesn’t appear it will in the next hour at least. Awful organisation as there is no explanation for the delay. Be careful if you are looking to book an event in the future!

My brother booked Walton View for his wedding on the 28th July and we were given the most amazing service by the staff. They went out of their way to make sure our guests were happy, the food was hot and always restocked. They accepted any request with a smile and were incredibly friendly. The team made sure everything ran smoothly and even packed up any left over food zand took it to our cars. The waiters were always smiling and making sure we were happy.

We have had 5 wedding in our family and this was without a doubt the best one yet and it wouldn't have been that way if it wasn't for Aliya and her team. A big thank you to Reece for constantly dealing with us locking ourselves out of the bridal suite and being so friendly and polite. Thank you to Khursid and Telha for taking such good care of our guests and to Aliya for running around and making our day the best it could be. You are an amazing team and you work so well together.

Had a wedding event here and it was absolutely incredible. The best wedding venue I’ve ever been to. The venue itself is stunning with field for kids to play in and seating area in the cooler evenings with a lovely fire going on too, as well as being situated close by to the hall so if needing to go inside it is very easy. The biggest credit is to the staff and event Co ordiantors, Aliya was amazing and was extremely attentive, and assisted us in every way possible, we didn’t have to do a thing! From the music to the food to packing the food away, everything was catered for. Reece and his staff at the bar were very prompt and showed great initiative in helping us with things without us even having to ask! Najida our waitress was lovely and created a unique friendship with us at the head table in such a short space of time which is something I haven’t felt before at a wedding. there was easy parking on site and a buggy to transport you from the carpark to the main venue if needed. The food was amazing by my Lahore as always! Thank you very much to the staff at Walton View they deserve a bonus!!

Reece did an amazing job at the wedding on Saturday, every thing ran smoothly he is brilliant at his job, sue was also very helpful could not do enough for you making sure we had breakfast and drinks and just helping us she was lovely. The food was amazing every one enjoyed it. The whole day was just fabulous. Thank you.

Remarkable service received by Walton view. We had booked this wedding hall and expected it to be good. However, to our surprise it was amazing. All the staff contributed and participated well, it felt like they were part of the family.
Furthermore, the location and the view of the hall was awesome, the kids could play on the field, there was ample car parking space, and they also provided a pickup and drop of service from the car park to the entrance.
Above the hall you could book a room for the bride so she could comfortably get ready.
I want to thank all staff members for doing an amazing job and I just want to shout out to a few members, especially to Haznayn (event organizer), Reece (Event Coordinator), Aliya (event coordinator) and my Lahore for providing excellent quality food.
