Products arrived on our chosen day, well packaged and in good order. We didn’t get a notification / time slot from fedex which was a bit of a shame as we then couldn’t plan around it.
Many of our clients have commented on the lovely picture and are amazed at it being a heater, we have recommended this company now a number of times as we are very happy with product. We took a while to get the programming correct for our work area, possibly there now !!! My fault not the product.

We purchased a panel as a temporary heating solution as our under floor heating in the kitchen had a fault. We were so impressed with it we have ended up mounting the panel on the wall. We use the panel more now, even though the under floor heating is fixed. Very easy to install, easy to set up with the an app to have complete control.

Purchased a 700W unit, for our living room (approx. 4x4m). Since October all through winter it worked without issue. No strange smells, no noise, no issues with Thermostat. Picture printed on it did not discolour or deteriorate. It kept the room nice and comfrotable, right up until temperature outside fell below 10 Celcius, which is when it starts to struggle. If we had 2x600W units (or any other combination of 2 units) we would never need other heating in the room. It is great at keeping a person feeling warm, though the feet tend to feel the cold more keenly. It is best placed at shoulder height or if possible mounted on ceiling. Works good even if no other room is heated and the whole house is cold.

This is the third one we’ve bought, plenty of heat from them and a little cheaper to run. Was quick delivery and good communication from the company

Great products and service, the heaters reduce the time i have central heating on by using them to warm up the rooms we are using.

I’m really pleased with the picture wall heater I bought recently. The website is easy to navigate and Ethan was very friendly and helpful on the phone. The heater was delivered and packaged in perfect condition. Great service and would definitely recommend!

Nice looking panel at a competitive price. Sale discount avaiable which was an added bonus. However.....Levied an additonal £25 delivery charge, not FREE to mainland UK as they state on the website. I live on the Mainland UK, no boats, ferrys or crossing to be made, in fact you can get to the house without crossing any major bridges. We have courier companies and the Royal Mail who deliver without any additional charges. Exceptionally Disapointed indeed.

Update: Spoke to a very nice lady in customer service who explained that after some research it appears that their courier company is one of the few that still have a extra charge for delivery to non central belt locations in Scotland ….. and they have started a review of providers…
In the mean time they have refunded my courier charge - thank you. Shame it had to happen that way. Review score updated to reflect the prompt response and the quality of customer service shown.

Heater good as is wallmounted one we purchased before. What let this order down was the poor quality afterthought wheels used for this model that was clearly an adapted wall model. The threaded clamp screws are useless, if you touch with feet in passing the bracket comes off. If you overtighten there is danger of damaging heater. The unit should have a mounting bracket fitted not a screw held one

Excellent, good value, gives out a good level of heat, looks modern and cost efficient.

Having wasted money on cheaper IRs which heated the ceiling by 55°C (dangerously close to the max limit for any wiring up there), this is my second IR from Warm4less which only puts 8°C upwards. The units are very efficient and the thermostatic control via the Smartlife app is accurate and easy to program. Good price and fast delivery from Warm4less and their customer service is first rate.

Completely the wrong product was delivered. I’m awaiting the correct heater arrive. Not good

I ordered twp panels,The controllers must have been paired to its panel at the factory but were put with the wrong panel when packed. I figured it out but initially thought i had purchased a dud panel, so a bit annoyed at first. All good now though

Really impressed ….ive had two or three so called shed heaters but this one is by far the best
