THERE NOTHING ( LIKE) IN THE VIDEO I CUT MY HAND AS THE EDGE'S WAS SHARP HOW CAN I GIVE SOME ONE THIS FOR A GIFT I HAVE WASTED OVER £30 ON THE TWO OF THEM AND THEY WENT IN THE BIN WHAT A LOT OF CRAP (PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY) .

Delivery was fast as always, no complaints at all, will continue to use this company as they're fast and reliable, thank you again

Warmyard should be avoided! Purchased what I thought would be lovely gifts 9th May nothing arrived and no updates or tracking available No response to emails NO SERVICE ..Good arrived a month later and nothing like advertised (light up letters with supposed dried flowers) poor quality and broken ..even size not same CANNOT GET RESPONSE OR REFUND have sent so may emails...got one response in all these weeks wanting me to return non sellable items to China and offered 50% refund...!??? Shocking as I responded immediately and am just being ignored!!?? Uk company really!?? I am £31 out of pocket with nothing to show...if anyone can assist me I'd appreciate it but BE WARNED!!!

Was very pleased with this item. Delivery was very quick.

Purchased an items that failed after the 3rd usage and in under 6 months.
Absolutely no customer service response despite multiple attempts to contact.
Seems like they sell poor quality goods and have no interest in dealing with customer complaints

They were very small, they are sharp,not many flowers in.The letter J was not straight.They was for a gift but I can't give these.They are not worth 30.00.They are bad quality I'm very dissapointed.

Awful!!! Ordered a letter which was a light with flowers in from here thinking from the photo that it was really pretty. Well.... what turned up was nothing as advertised... and it was wonky! I wish I could add a photo here! I am not getting any reply from them. I've sent numerous emails!! Absolutely disgusting service..... fuming!!!!

DO NOT USE. totally scam. Ordered some letter resin lights with flowers in them. Not only were they totally different than advertised (inferior, small, jagged edges and misshapen so they would not stand up) I was refused a refund as stated on their website, despite them having manufactured faults and providing evidence.
Customer services refused to refund unless I paid to send them back and just offered 50% refund.
Customer service takes days to reply. Worst online shopping experience ever. PLEASE AVOID

Ordered solar light's, arrived but did not work due to what appeared to be a loose connection!

Emailed customer services and was advised I could return the product to china at my cost or accept a 50% refund!

Shocking-I wouldn’t recommend this company at all

Bought Crystal Coating to restore plastic car interior. Did not work in the slightest, might as well have used water. Fraudulent product, do not buy it, or from a company that thinks it's ok to sell it.

Absolute rubbish totally misleading advertising the letter I received was tat I want a refund

AVOID! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I purchased a laptop stand but what I received was a tablet stand.

When I tried to get the matter resolved I was told they don't offer refunds and I would have to return the item to some address in China at my own expense.

When I quoted consumer law they offered me the option of a 50% refund. I then knew I was dealing with a dodgy operation!

I cut my losses and went that route because I knew I wouldn't get a full refund.

Terrible company, terrible customer service.
