The watch is beautiful
The watch is beautiful. The process was painless and quick. Only reason I’m not giving five stars is it would’ve been nice had they calculated approximate customs and duties fees before they shipped. I had to find out after I had received the package but not watchoutz fault necessarily.

I'd like to share my opinion about Watchoutz. I'm very impressed with the professionalism of this company. Very fast contact, max. the next day. I'm from Poland, but I live in Germany. At the time, I contacted them from both places.
The package was very well packaged, there was no chance of even the slightest scratch or moisture. I was shocked because it arrived very quickly, despite problems with customs. I was asked to pay twice at customs. This issue was also quickly resolved. Delivery time was about a week and a half.
One of my biggest dreams has come true. I highly recommend Watchoutz if you like collector's editions of G Shock. Best regards.10/10

Offered a pre-order on a limited…
Offered a pre-order on a limited edition back to the future Casio timepiece, received confirmation email and funds were then held in escrow. Received an email telling me they are trying to source the piece so had no confirmed allocated stock. If I am offered a pre-order, it needs to be against confirmed available stock even if it means waiting that is fine but no in the hope of securing stock. They have now refunded me (which I did not ask for) and I am throughly dissapointed as I believed I had secured this piece.

This was my first experience buying a watch and they made it great. After almost getting scammed on eBay multiple times, watchoutz was able to source a rare JDM Seiko for me. They answered all my skeptical questions and even accommodated delivery to Hong Kong Disneyland where I was vacationing.
