They are (AFAIK) the only UK stockists of many parts including the coolant I like to use - plus the prices and service are really good. They have accurate stock information with lead times, great sales and deals, and an impressive range of products. Highly recommend!

First time at watercooling, shopped about but ended up getting all my kit from here due to having such good variety and decent pricing.

Staff were also very helpful and accomodating after forgetting to add a few things in my original order!

I willl definitely be a regular here.

Great prices and availability of products that I struggle to find elsewhere, let alone at a decent price.

Most of all though, the customer service experience is 100%. Any issues with the product or delivery and they will be super quick to respond and resolve.

I've shopped here a few times now, and I know I will continue to do so - they've quickly become my go-to on certain products.

Bought 2 fans from them at a good price. Delivery was a little slow though.
One of them arrived with a manufacturing fault (I think) - couldnt work out why one sounded a lot louder than the other.
A week later and there was a loud bang - a blade broke off one of them. That's obviously why it was louder.
This is where the problems started.
I had to pay to return the faulty fan.
They then had it for over a week, did nothing. I had to chase them up twice.
I wanted a replacement and instead they refunded me the price of the fan (didnt refund me my return postage costs)
For me to then buy the same fan from them again would have meant paying shipping AGAIN - effectively paying shipping 3 times to get 1 working fan.
Communication was really poor, they're slow, they ignore your requests - all in all a crappy experience.

So glad I found these guys. Right on my door step too.

Superb service and products!

I encountered an issue with an order that was shipped without including my door number. As a result, Royal Mail marked the package as undeliverable. I immediately reached out and asked them to reship the item to me with the correct door number once it was returned to their warehouse. Instead, I received a partial refund and was informed that I would be responsible for any additional shipping fees. Unfortunately, I ended up with no product and was out £3.
The communication and resolution were not satisfactory.

I have always felt WatercoolingUK are a little less prominent than a couple of the big retailers that also cover a number of the same products. That said I have to say their service has always been excellent from ordering to delivery to returns. They also appear to have the largest range of Water Cooling parts, probably hence their name!

I can fully recommend this company for any parts you may need for your next or current build.
