I am delighted to have bought the NoHRD wooden exercise bike. It is a first class product. It is a wonderful bike; it is beautifully designed and provides a smooth and quiet ride. The adjustments are easy to make. It is compact yet completely stable, and it can readily be moved around the house. Its elegance is a bonus - no need to hide it in a corner! It is wonderful piece of exercise equipment, I love it.

The NoHRD people were very helpful and courteous throughout. I did very well by going directly to them to buy this beautiful bike.

Absolutely beautiful, smooth and authentic quality rower. I love it so much I’m ‘rowing‘ the River Thames 215 miles in May on the JustGiving website to support the UK’s NHS ( national health service) . Now that I've been working from home I bought one of these great machines so that I could still work out. It took a little longer than expected to arrive but obviously everyone had the same idea as me!
I called up to check on it, and customer service were so kind and helpful and reassured me it was on its way, although it did say on their website it would be taking longer..

Great machine, definitely worth the wait!

Just received my WaterRower and I love it! I had to wait longer for it to arrive due to the COVID-19 outbreak but that's totally understandable, the company kept me well-informed throughout - all round great customer service, would recommend.

Ordered the WaterRower British Rowing and it looks great even in the home environment and has allowed me to maintain my fitness when I can't visit the gym.

I strongly advise avoiding this company. They provide the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After a saga of poor communication and failure to deliver when promised and without notice I eventually cancelled my order.
I have just read Waterrowers response. It is disingenuous in the extreme. They do not explain why they did not deliver when promised or explain until emailed after the delivery date. The third party was John Lewis who have been very efficient. I notice the rower has disappeared from their website.

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.

Took a day off work for the day they arranged with me for delivery. No updates so I rang around 11am to make sure it was still going ahead. I was advised they would check and call back, pretty obvious red flag.

Never got a call back, so called myself, was told they were chasing it and given and tracking number. Tracking number shows its still at the depots so I call again and they admit that yes they've basically lied all day and it's not getting delivered.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a very long time. Waste of a day for me but order has been cancelled and I've ordered a new rowing machine from a more reputable company.

Poor customer service, i purchased a waterpower package through Costco uk on 6/9/19, which when ordering said 3-5 days delivery, i received a call from Waterrower a couple of days later saying that some of the items were out of stock and delivery would now be up to 3 weeks, the order finally arrived on 20/9/19.
we started to unpack the next day and realised one of the items were missing so i called Waterpower only to be told that this was part of the package! after several calls to them and and having to read the description from Costco's website the adviser apologised and said that we were correct and this item should of been included and arranged for delivery on 26/9/19, after waiting in all day no parcel arrived, i called Waterpower this morning 27/6 only to be told that the carrier had come but i wasn't in, even though i work from home and no calling card was left! the adviser called the couriers to find out if the parcel was coming today, and was told that i had called them earlier to arrange for monday 30/6 (i don't know what courier company was being used, a package number or phone number) so how i was supposed to of called them im unsure off.

Great machines, incredibly well built and they look very stylish. I ave one at home and one for my staff in the work place gym. 5 Stars.

Fairly easy to find what I wanted but rather expensive: £10 for a belt!

I had a few issues replacing my tank assembly on my > ten year old rower.I rang Water rower who were extremely helpful.I was able to speak to an engineer on a few occasions who advised me on assembly procedure and solved the problem with the paddles rubbing on the tank.I also ordered some additional items which all came correctly within two days of placing the orders.It is very rare to get such fast responsive and friendly service nowadays.A solid 10/10-no hesitation in a firm recommendation.
