This is the third time we have used Watson Ramsbottom for property related matters and they have again been outstanding in both their attitude and communication skills, particularly Mellisa G and Domingos P.

I have just sold my house using Watson Ramsbottom as my solicitor. The service has been superb. Communication is great, the process was efficient and compared to previous house moves, this one was completely stress free. I put this down to the efficiency and professionalism of the staff. They also thoroughly explained anything that I was unsure of.

Shaun and Aimee were absolutely fantastic! Shaun took care of us from the minute he was instructed. Incredibly helpful, friendly and answered all our questions as First Time Buyers. I can’t recommend them enough.

We met the exchange deadline on our new build and although completion was a little rocky, Shaun was incredibly reassuring and supportive throughout. It was a 5* service!!

I cannot recommend my solicitor Lisa Hague highly enough for the outstanding service provided during my recent selling/purchasing of my house. Thankfully we found Carrie Hyde when we needed her most! Carrie was able to help and advise us during an exceptionally stressful time, cumulating in us taking action in the family courts and getting the protection we needed going forwards. Carrie was professional, respectful and sympathetic. Carrie understood our case and worked really hard to get the best outcome for us. Carrie was available to either meet with us or respond to emails whenever we needed her to.

Watson Ramsbottom Solicitors could not recommend enough. In particular Stacey Marshall, nothing was to much. One example is I sent a email in evening expecting a reply the following day but no Stacey replied that same evening at 8.30pm.

Some people often complain about their solicitors due to delays in the home-buying process. For us, everything was quick and smooth on the solicitor's side. Charlotte Burke and Amina Mula responded very quickly to each of my emails.

The bill was £150 more than the quote they provided, but they said this extra cost was on the second page of the quote documents. I found this a little bit tricky; however, overall, we are very happy and recommend them.

I honestly cannot recommend Melissa Garswood highly enough.
My Right to Buy purchase was far from straightforward. There were delays outside of our control, third-party complications, and ongoing issues around documentation and title matters, but throughout the entire process, Melissa was exceptional.
She was consistently responsive, clear in her communication, and proactive in chasing where necessary. At no point did I feel left in the dark. She documented everything thoroughly, kept me updated on timescales, and ensured I fully understood each stage of the RTB process.
