They helped fix our code
Had an issue with the website dropping. Asked if someone could investigate. Kian K looked at the logs and at our code, spotted a script loop that was eating server resources and causing the site to freeze until it cleared, and advised us how to fix it. Fantastic service. I've had a fair few hosts over the years, this one is good!
