We had a serious issue with our domain after renewing it. Unfortunately, the original domain was lost and someone else registered it, which meant we had to purchase a new one. As I'm not very familiar with Plesk or the server configuration, I was quite concerned about getting everything back online.

Excellent support during VPS migration
I’ve been very pleased with the help I received during the migration of my websites to a new VPS.
Steve A, Kaushal R and Parvesh D were all helpful, patient and professional throughout the process. They handled the migration, DNS changes, hostname and SSL configuration, and also helped investigate and resolve a malware issue that was discovered after the move.
