Just received my watch back from Clark,s and happy with it. the most pleasant thing about the hole experience was the lovely assistance of Vicky Clynes who's patience and lovely kindness made it pleasure. Thank you Vicky and all at W E Clark & Son John Shields 🛡

Very pleased with the work performed on my diver's watch and it's great they offer a postal service.

I will be using them again for my other watches.

Sent them a vintage watch in a hard case watchbox as it was in mint condition to check the way it was winding and to quote for a replacement crystal, when they returned it it was minus my protective watch case, they simply wrapped it in bubble wrap with nothing stopping the bracelet clasp from scratching the back of the watch case, very unprofessional for a company that boasts about having one of only ten master watchmakers in the country, expected a better level of customer property awareness.

Cannot recommend W.E Clark & Son enough.

I sent my vintage 1957 Tudor Oyster timepiece to them in March this year to have it restored after Rolex in Scotland could not do the work due to the relevant pieces need were no longer available due to the watches age.

I explained the situation with W.E Clark and after sending my watch to them received an itemised breakdown of what the watch would require in order to bring it back to life and a price for the restoration.

I am so happy to say that today 27 July 2024 my watch arirved back and I could not be any more happier with the results, it's stunning.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to W.E Clark for the time, care and effort that you have put in to giving my watch a new lease of life I really appreciate it.

I sent my 50 year old Tissot to W.E.Clark & son, after Tissot refused to repair it. I have just received it back and I am absolutely delighted... everything works as it should. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who has a real Swiss watch that needs a service or repairs.

What can I say,from first contact to receiving my great, great grandfathers pocket watch back in working order is second to none,the service from sending for a quote to the return of a working timepiece was exceptional. Told lead time for repair was 12 months ( not a problem as watch was very old) but received it back 6 months early, excellent service.
All people that I have had contact with at w.e.clark & son have been so helpful especially Vicky over the phone, she is a credit to your company.
& Watch came back with instructions how to wind up & adjust hands which is so useful in a very old watch with no instructions
Many many thanks what an A1 company & if i could leave more stars would be 11 out of 10

We were told by other reputable jewellers that my late father-in-law's 50 year old Longines watch could not be repaired and that the parts were obsolete! Not true! W.E. Clark & Son have repaired the watch obtaining original parts and it now looks like new. My husband is so delighted and we are incredibly grateful to W.E. Clark & Son for their incredible service and amazing workmanship. We could not recommend them more highly!

Highly recommend!! My mother bought me a watch for Christmas from this jeweller - our first time using them. The watch is exactly what I wanted and she advises she received the item within 2 days of ordering. Amazing service, thank you so much!!

I inherited a ring from my late Mother which needed resizing. I was recommended to W.E.Clark & Son, so simply walked in off the street to enquire. The staff were very pleasant, friendly and efficient and quickly dealt with my enquiry. They agreed to make the alteration and send me the ring when it was ready. They did exactly as they said they would, within the agreed time frame and polished the ring up to look like it must have done when it was first made (it is an antique). I feel I have received a thoroughly professional service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Repaired a very old military watch that belonged to my father. Works perfectly now. Very happy.

W.E. Clark & Son have done a magnificent job in repairing my Emporio Armani watch face as it was scratched and needed replacing and it also looks like they’ve removed all the scratches around the wrist scrap so I couldn’t be any happier.
They were very easy to contact, their communication was brilliant.
I received my watch back today via Royal Mail and it almost looks like a brand new watch after buying this treasured watch of mine 6 years ago.

A pleasure doing business with you and I shall definitely be using again without any hesitation.

This store is AMAZING!although a little bit pricey but surely it is a success. I wanted to see more promos and discounts every now and then so that I can afford this shop.The only thing that is not nice is the price.

Mr Clark helped me design a beautiful emerald pendant for my wife's 40th. Highly recommended.
