A friend suggested I try counseling with Saleha when I was struggling and feeling stuck. Through a series of 10 weekly sessions, Saleha provided a supportive ear and offered strategies to manage my anxiety. Each week, she assigned me exercises related to our discussions, which greatly enhanced my progress. I was recommended by a friend to do counselling session with Saleha. I was in a dark place and in a bit of a rut. I had 10 sessions in total, each week, Saleha listened to me and gave me techniques to help overcome and ease my anxieties. She also gave me homework every week in relation to the techniques we discussed through each session. Overall, I had a positive experience and really happy with how my mentality has shifted since I started the sessions. Saleha is a lovely person to speak to, she made me feel comfortable and has a professional caring nature.

Saleha’s approach to the sessions created a form of trust and comfort which allowed me to delve into matters I have never told anyone before , she’s an authentic character as she allows you to feel heard and understood and then gives constructive ways to deal with each situation all of which I have found myself doing in my own time and has helped me grow as an individual. I have had previous therapy which did not go well Saleha is my second therapist and I’m glad I gave it another go as it’s what I needed to progress as an individual.
Saleha was such a lovely person to talk to. I felt very comfortable confiding in her with my issues and she was patient with me and helped me achieve goals I didn’t expect to achieve throughout my sessions with her. If in the future I require more counselling, I will definitely come back to her.

As someone who was extremely reluctant to begin counselling, I took the plunge and found it to be one of the best decisions. The counsellor was very accommodating and patient. I felt heard and at ease. Sometimes it just felt good to have someone to talk to, free of judgment. I was encouraged to use healthy coping strategies and ways to deal with issues I was facing. I was also provided with reading materials and support. I am very grateful to have had these sessions.
