I am absolutely delighted with the furniture I received today.
Just one thing - in the reviews I read before I bought it, someone had mentioned the blue plastic on the drawers, and if I hadn’t read that I would have thought that I had been given blue painted drawers instead of white. The blue plastic has certainly protected the lovely finish on the drawers but I think perhaps a small label on the plastic would give reassurance that it is there for protection and can be removed.

Informed when they were 30 minutes away, two lovely guys quickly delivered my item to where I requested. Excellent service!

The furniture was promised in 10 days. It arrived in 10 days. Notified of 2 hour time slot day before. Furniture came well packed and protected . Delivery men were excellent. They unpacked and finished assembly of furniture . Good quality reasonably priced Lisbon bedroom furniture. I had 3 wardrobes, 2 x 4 drawer chests and 1 x 3 drawer chest. It looks great ! Well finished and great value for money. Well done ! These are made in Wales so supporting our British workers.

Fabulous 5 stars for the two guys that delivered heavy furniture up winding stairs without fuss. Shoes off and on at the door 6 times, without rancour and greatly appreciated by us.
Nothing was too much trouble. Both very personable and friendly.
Would recommend delivery company in a heartbeat.

Delivery of a Fully Assembled wardrobe and 6 drawer chest was meant to take place within 5 - 10 days of order being place 7th Feb '26. It took 24 days, 3rd March '26 with no updates from this company regarding delay. The delivery men did not want to remove it from packaging so that it could be checked as damage free prior to signing the receipt saying just that. After insistence that they remove from packaging the Wardobe was in two parts. That was never in the description. They leant the single part against the double saying that is how it was meant to be. Patently untrue and dangerous. They were in a rush to leave and were not listening to concerns being made. After they had left, the fittings needed to secure the wardrobe were found inside as were the handles that needed securing to the chest.
Phoning the company to express concern they asked for photos to be emailed. That was done immediately, 3rd March'26, one week later, no response at all ! Complete ignorance. Very disappointed with what was meant to be a happy experience of new furniture.

I ordered a chest of Drawers through Argos 'direct from supplier' and i had a lovely delivery experience today. I haven't had time to open my item yet as i rushed back to work but the 2 man delivery team deserve a shout out. Lovely personal service, text confirmation of my ETA this morning, call before delivery so i could pop home from work, i met two friendly professional smiling drivers. All basic service but it's hard to find these days. Thank you!

If booking the delivery date had been easier I would have given 5 ⭐️ The two guys who delivered my furniture were friendly and chatty, kept me updated on delivery time, they delivered to my room of choice, placed furniture exactly where I wanted it. They took away all cardboard etc. extremely helpful. Very pleased.

Orderd a dressing table and bedside drawers. All delivered on time put in the room or my choice they are of good quality and look great.

Very happy with my wardrobes. Excellent delivery team. Items placed where I wanted them. Made alterations to doors to make sure they were hanging correctly. Nice cheerful delivery men.

First class service. Delivery arrived on time as arranged. The 2 chaps making the the delivery were very pleasant and mannerly. It was through Benson for beds I bought my furniture. Both firm excellent.

Excellent service from order to delivery. Arrived 10 days earlier than initially predicted. Text and phone call prior to delivery. First drop at 7.10am - advised by text at 10 to 7 that it would be about 20 minutes so spot on. Delivery guys were happy to bring furniture up to first floor flat and then into correct room. Furniture exactly as described and high quality.

Notified of delivery and was delivered in the time slot. Two polite and pleasant men carried my delivery upstairs to my chosen destination
