Wendell August Reviews

Friendly and professional staff member who called me. I was trying to place an order by phone during a weekend. I wanted to take advantage of the 25%, and free shipping after spending $100. I received a phone call on Monday morning from a staff member. She even honored the savings. Unfortunately, I forgot her name.

My go to store for personalized gifts! Most recently a bridal shower.

Easy to order. The only complaint I have is if there is a sale you can not use the sale code and your reward points at the same time. I think you should be able to especially since the rewards are earned and a have nothing to do with the sale.

Great fast service. Easy to navigate through to make selections to purchase.

Quick delivery, not used to that.

Thank you! I love your store/merchandise

The product came quickly, was beautiful, & I'm delighted.

I have not received my order. I have left two emails inquiring about the status of my order. I would appreciate a response.

Mary was quick to locate and confirm my ID and last orders . Was great to have her repeat my engraving selections as I gave them to her and reconfirm them as we finished the order . Just one suggestion ; could my points on file show up automatically as I start the order , so I don’t forget to use them ?

Have purchased your products for special occassion gifts in the past. we have alwas been impressed with the quality anf workmen ship.
Thanks to your staff for being so caring and loyal!!

The availability of the products I selected & the length of time it took to receive my order. So appreciated.

There was a nice selection online before I picked out the gift for the 50th Anniversary. Craftsman's work was wonderful and the coloring excellent. Delivered in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Easy ordering. Quick delivery. Excellent products

It was easy to order. I was hesitant to make my order online concerned my item would arrive broken, but that didn’t happen.
It was packaged with bubble wrap, in a strong box and that box was placed in another mail box secured with packing paper.Love buying from hometown crafters and in United States, thank you very much 😃🇺🇸

The item I received was everything I thought it would be, the engraving was great and I received it in a very timely manner. I have always been happy with my dealings with Wendell August!
