I love Wendys! The cheeseburgers could use some improvement though...The buns need to be more fresh & larger, the beef pattie could be thicker, the lettuce and tomato should not be wilted and not so much mayo.

Friendly staff, especially Amanda. Good food very tasty smoothies

i got some burgers for my son!!? i also got some more for my son and one for his two sisters so they shared. my son needs to grow, anwyfnays, my son is diabetis and we went to order a sugar sprite and brugers but they didnt take note of his diabepos even toiugh the staf shouldnt need to look at my poor innocnet litel son!1 he is obese but its ok he got diarreah and type 3 diabetis now were going to the hospital and we are unsear cryies in flowers and rainbows

I'm being generous with three stars, it really wasn't good at all. First visit to the relatively new Wendy's in York, first impression was it was a budget establishment, not particularly welcoming with the racket of loud music. Assistant behind the counter looked bored, there were no lids for the size of fizzy drinks that we had and the food was mediocre, with lukewarm chips. Tables downstairs crammed together although there is seating upstairs. Only gave three stars because the family enjoyed it but I won't be going again. On a par with Burger King, I'd rather pay more and have a Five Guys meal. Actually, I have had better food than Wendy's at Burger King. At £34 for three adults and a child it was just about acceptable.

Cold food, flies in lettuce and not nice at all.
Told manager , they washed some more lettuce ...shouted at the staff and gave our food back.
It's a joke.
Later 1 of our friends was ill that night.

I always went to Wendy’s for the spicy chicken sandwich. When I went the other day - I told Dave - this sandwich is not the same NO FLAVOR and different texture ‼️. Then I looked it up to see if Wendy’s had changed the sandwich and yes they have - I will not return - everyone cheapens their product up and then it is crap - you are losing business - don’t change what works ‼️

Wendy’s is all time favorite burger joint that’s very cheap if I could walk there it would cost more money for me but next white man it would be paid for in a honest way and a fast restaurant way and it would be very drive thru-able. But let me tell you my experience I had my food delivery was tooken where I stay at with my parent twice it was delicious didn’t complain about DoorDash.

So today I went into Wendy's Jameson street in hull to try there most advertised wraps. I got the shock of my like. The wrap is little as a finger. And a tiny peace of lattuce. McDonald's is the best. Don't buy from them ever again. Even the person at the till was unhelpful

The food taste ultra processed and makes my stomach hurt

Wendys in Brownstown has great customer service in there mid days to nights. There's always one older gentleman who i believe is a manager there. He is very polite and says thank you and always apologizes if it's taking to long. I understand that place is always packed during certain hours. The food is great. If you want it hot and fresh go when it's busy cause they gotta keep up with the service. Or just ask for fresh when you order may take a little longer but we'll worth the wait. And go see the older guy manager he's nice to see as well.

The new spicy chicken sandwich is a joke. Why try to fix something that wasn’t broken. The breading adds a weird texture and aftertaste. Wendy’s had the number 1 spicy chicken sandwich out of all fast food restaurants in my opinion, after this experience it’s not even in my top 5. Do better Wendy’s leave well enough alone.

terrible site lets be real wendys is worst than arby’s the ceo of this company sucks awesome sauce was the best sauce i’ve ever had in my life they removed it then ghost pepper ranch was amazing they removed it you can’t eat most fast foods with no sauce they have the worst sauces ever th ranch taste like dollar tree ranch and with the bbq the new signature sauce sucks its terrible if it wasn’t for that 4 for 4 this place would’ve went out of business whoever is making decisions here needs to be fired

I been eating at Wendy’s over 30yrs now, and they always hit the spot from the spicy chicken sandwich to the Dave’s single,
I have tried it all, the breakfast baconator is a banger 😊

I ordered burgers and fries through the "toing app". When the order was delivered, Two Items were missing, one burger and one fries. The app and restaurant both refused to accept responsibility. The number given on the app for the outlet was wrong and the app refused to give me the correct number.

Went in for lunch last Friday, waited in line for over 5 minutes, there was 1 person in front of me in line, after the worker waited on the person in front of me she said can you wait till I get my doordash orders ready before I take your order, I have a 30 minute lunch break,I couldn't wait any longer, I went to burger king across the street they were happy to take my money.

McDonald’s equivalent they make you pay for sauces

Extremely disappointed as a vegetarian we ordered Halloumi wraps, and they sent chicken wraps, also the customer support is non responsive

We stopped at Wendy's in Truro on our way to Halifax. Arrived shortly after 4:00. We were the only ones in there. Ordered, had to give my name so they could call out when the order was ready, being the only two customers, I kind of giggled a little. I guess I insulted the guy who rang in the order. My husband went to the washroom. It was so filthy, he didn't want to touch anything. The walls in the dining area were tiled part way up. Maybe someone could give them a wipe to remove the food from them. The tables were sticky, used a few serviettes to sit the burger wrapper on. No two of the staff had the same uniform on, oh wait, some just had street clothes on, one of the guys cooking was eating while he cooked. Yeah, guess we won't recommend or return anytime we are on the road.
