Came in to buy a 2012 Honda Civic with a litte apprehension and left pleasantly surprised. Althought the negotiation process to a little while I ended up with a great car and a great warranty I'll have for a long time.

We have been in need of a couple of vehicles for a while and finally decided to pull the trigger. We drove by the lot a few times and saw some cars that we liked. After work one afternoon my wife and I stopped by Wesley Chapel Honda and were introduced to Mike Tucker. The rest was history. From start to delivery the the transaction was flawless. After describing what we were looking for, Mike took us out to a pair of SUVs that went above and beyond our expectations. We test drove 2 cars, one at a time and were never pressured or rushed into anything. No surprises, everything went smooth and Mike kept us informed step by step as the deal went through. Anyone in need of a new or used vehicle, should pay Mr. Tucker a visit, you wont be dissapointed.

I was absolutely horrified when I went to buy my first new car, I had some credit issues and thought there was no way that I would have a good experience coming to a dealership. On a whim I filled out a pre-approval online and minutes later Patrick Jones gave me a call. He asked me what I wanted out of a vehicle and got me into something I felt comfortable with. I bought my first brand new car from Larry Kilbourn and my experience working with him was wonderful. I wanted a very specific car and he located it for me and had it brought from across the state to the dealership. When it arrived he walked me through all of the features and showed me how everything worked. It was great, I never had to open the owners manual! The buying process was smooth and stress free. Of course when it was time to get my next vehicle, I went straight to Larry. He's really the best! If you need a car he's the guy to talk to. He won't let you down!

We recently purchased a third vehicle from Wesley Chapel Honda. Everything went very smoothly with these guys. They gave us all the numbers up front, gave us a great deal, while making us feel comfortable at the same time, it was amazing!

We started our car buying experience with Wesley Chapel Honda...meeting Vadik, our Sales Associate. He has what it takes and defines excellent customer service with his warm personality and superior follow-up. He did not high pressure us or play games. We also had a great experience with all the associates involved in our sale including RJ and Matt in finance. This was the only dealership that listened to us and met our needs! At the end of the day, they earned our trust! We have already started referring our friends/family!
