I recently purchased a new car from Wesley Chapel Toyota and everyone there was very helpful. My salesperson, Harry, did a great job working with my budget and made the whole experience as convenient as possible for me.

Wesley Chapel Toyota worked with me to get the deal that I was looking for on a 2017 Tacoma. The entire process was lead by an honest and knowledgeable sales agent, Andy Ghelfi. I have already recommended my friends to this store and to Andy.

This will be my fifth vehicle from Wesley Chapel Toyota. Everyone at the dealership has been a pleasure to work with: receptionist, salesperson, service department, Finance. Staff takes very good care of the facilities and provides an excellent experience for their customers. Refreshments including flavored water, available vending machines, fresh baked cookies keep you feeling energized while you browse and test drive the many vehicles on the lot. When you're finally ready to negotiate for the best price on your vehicle all discussions are out in the open, you're not taken to the back of the dealership and stuffed into a small room while the dealer tries to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. The offer is presented in a clear itemized fashion, you can see where the money you're about to spend is going (taxes, fees, etc.). As with all major purchases you definitely want to do your homework about the vehicles that you think you'll be interested in and what other dealers are selling them for. I found that Wesley Chapel Toyota prices are extremely competitive. Whether it's new or used, a Toyota or a different brand Wesley Chapel Toyota wants to help you find the right vehicle at a price that's comfortable for you. As you probably already know, they also have a pretty good warranty (lifetime) available on most of their vehicles.

They go out of their way to get you the car or in my case the truck you want. Salesman Mike Grega is the best. This is the 4th Toyota I have bought from him. The service is so good we just keep coming back.

This is my second car/purchase through Michael Grega and Wesley Chapel and I couldn't be happier and more appreciative than I am now of the hard work, quick response and empathy that was shown to me. I was involved in a car accident, and pretty shooken up. Michael immediately reached out, to find out how I was and to offer assistance because he knew there was a process ahead for me. Michael worked quickly and efficiently to get in touch with Kelley in finance to assist me with the mountain of paperwork I was going to need for my insurances, etc. Within 24 hours, Kelly had emailed me all the papers I needed and got in touch with me about the process and to also offer her condolences as the car that I lost was my dream car. Because of Michaels communication and Kellys quick response I literally got my items needed done which lessened my stress and made for me to actually breathe a sigh of relief. There was no pressure to purchase a new car, but Michael knew I needed it, and assured me when I was ready he would be willing to help me. Because of the great customer service from Kelly and Michael I knew I wasnt going to go anywhere else but to Wesley Chapel. Because of this ease I was ready for my new car and due to living an hour away I contacted Michael and he did what he does best and reassured me of my  chosen car, had the paperwork ready and made the process, again, seamless and stress LESS. I cannot say enough about Michael and wonderful attitude towards his customers, and he has me as a loyal customer for a lifetime, and to have Kelly emmulate that same type of customer service solidified my confidence in Wesley Chapel and their staff. Thank you Kelly and Michael...it meant the world.

I am very introverted and budget conscious. The thought of going car shopping terrified me. Walking up to wesley chapel toyota there was a man standing out front to greet me. In my head I was thinking "here we go". I wanted to leave. But, I am so thankful I stayed and let this man (Waseam) help me. He listened to everything I had to say. Narrowed the search down to a few cars that met all my needs and budget. Was patient with all my indecisiveness. He stayed right in my budget and I never felt like i was being a sold. I just met him that day but I felt like I had a friend helping me. Edwin in finance made a stressful situation fun. This is a great team. I will not buy a car anywhere else. My wife and I just bought a car from this amazing place, and we couldn't be happier with our experience over there. Our salesman Waseam Khalaf, was very polite and professional, as well as helpful. His approach was very genuine, and there was no pressure from him at all. He listened to our needs and went above and beyond to find us the perfect car. We want to thank him for making our process so easy, and even staying a little big after hours to make sure we were all set up and ready to go home in our new Toyota RAV4. I went to WC Toyota to pick up a Corolla and drove away with a very nice one. I was the last customer off the lot that night because after my original car was detailed, I picked out a different color and they were very helpful. The very next day I made things even more difficult by returning the Corolla and getting a Camry. Being a difficult customer, I couldn't stick around for the delivery of my new Camry but instead I had them deliver it to my house and drive the Corolla away. Through all this, Andy, Frank and Chris were all very helpful. Andy especially was helpful and diligent in getting me the car I really wanted.

I walked in there looking to get information to exchange my money guzzler car for a reliable Toyota after doing extensive research. Waseam was my sales guy and was actually new to this location, he listened to my laundry list of concerns and let me test drive two cars. I ended with a Toyota Camry and after some negotiations with finance I walked out of there feeling over the moon! Waseam even showed me how to download the Toyota app, helped me sync my phone, and showed me every important aspect of the car. Above and beyond isn't even a strong enough phrase. I arrived at Wesley Chapel Toyota with a strict budget. Luckily, car salesman Michael Grega came to aid and found me the most suitable and affordable vehicle for my price range. I would definitely recommend speaking with this talented salesman on your visit for a new vehicle.

Best car buying experience ever… seriously! My 18 year old son needed a good, reliable used car. We looked extensively online and decided to visit Wesley Chapel Toyota. I was ready to teach my son a life lesson on the typically difficult, challenging experience of car shopping and negotiating. Fortunately, that didn't happen. Salesman Harry Whitaker actually made car shopping an absolute pleasure. His professionalism, knowledge of products, honesty and personable demeanor made our experience extremely enjoyable and comfortable. He made us feel like we were the most important people in his world. I've never experienced customer service as good as Mr. Whitaker - at any place of business. We will definitely be looking for him in our future auto purchases.

My son drove away with a great deal on a perfect vehicle for him. Harry was able to get us a rock solid warranty, which gives me peace of mind since my son is going to college and can't afford possible car expenses in the future. Amanda Baron at Wesley Chapel Toyota is totally awesome. I came in and told her exactly what i was looking for and the payments i needed. I picked out three cars that i was interested in and she was honest about what i needed to get them. With my less than perfect credit it was a hard fit but she worked on it for 3 days and got an amazing deal for the first choice. Even more impressive was she offered to come and get me as i had no vehicle and lived in the next county about 45 minutes away. Talk about great customer service. IF you are looking for great quality vehicle, great price and great people to work with you Wesley Chapel Toyota is the place to be and Amanda Baron is the best of the best. Will definitely be back to do business there again.

I have dealt with a wide variety of car dealerships and salespersons over the last 50 years, but none have spiked my satisfaction level as much as Wesley Chapel and Christopher Joseph. Chris contacted me within minutes of an online inquiry with the pertinent information I needed. That was the beginning of a very smooth and productive search/purchase process, resulting in my wife and I driving home in a new Highlander yesterday. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Joseph; or should I say I can't think of one thing to say about him that is a negative. From my perspective, this gentleman is a huge asset to Wesley Chapel. I recommend that if you're in the market for a new vehicle, ask for him first. Simply put, he's a nice guy... friendly, very helpful, straightforward, and fair. I had the best experience with a car dealership in my life (and I used to sell cars). Wesley Chapel Toyota's Johnny Millaway was truly fantastic and from the first email from him, I saw something different than the responses I received from my other 5 local area dealers. I found him to be all about getting a customer what they want, not in the least attempting to simply "sell a car & make a buck". I drove an hour to get to this dealership because of the way they treated me and my family. Johnny had exceptional communication and actually read my emails, unlike the other 5 dealerships I dealt with. I had dealt with 5 other dealerships about this car and those five could have been quintuplets by the way they responded. I told my wife "This fella Johnny Millaway from Wesley Chapel Toyota is way different than all of the other people getting back to me about the car". I have a Toyota dealer 10 minutes from me, but WC Toyota has them beat by far. I know where to go next time and where to send others!
