West End Dental - Prestatyn Reviews

The way I was treated

The reception you get brilliant, all the people I was incontact with really cared. That means a lot to me. Everything explained really well, so thank you all

After a long gap I saw a Hygeinist
She and her colleagues made me comfortable and reassured
I was very satisfied with the result.
It was excellent and worthy of the 5 stars

Lovely staff, very professional and helpful. Very informative and gave meoptions. The premises is really clean and smart, just all in all a lovely experience

A very warm and welcoming Dental surgery , reassurance given all the way through my consultation, with being a person who is petrified of going to the dentist and needles

Friendly efficient caring
Explained X-ray work to be done
Very satisfied

The lady dentist who treated me was really lovely, a really nice manner and she put me at ease for each appointment. I have had some new teeth and they are extremely well fitting because the lady took great care to ensure they would be. The receptionist lady was extremely friendly and helpful as well as the dental nurses. Would highly recommend.

Staff kept you informed of what was going on all the way.

I've been very relaxed having to go to the dentist as I'm very nervous and now I have my new topset of teeth that fit perfectly I'm so very pleased and would recommend the dentist

Very much put at ease but they were all very professional. I am not good with going to the dentist but there I was ok. Would recommend west end to anyone.

The staff were so helful as I am disabled and find it difficult walking everyone where very kind. I was seen very quickly, and definately reccomend Prestatyn Practice

Friendly reception, courteous staff, detailed description of work to be done and reasons why.

A Fair bit of drilling for me ..but not one twinge of nerve pain...very friendly as I was being treated ...never felt frightened or anxious...and my tooth is restored too..feels good to have good teeth

Aavan was exceptional in her treatment of me as a person and the care of my teeth, explaining the procedure as she went along. Her dedication in her dentistry didn't go unnoticed.

Relaxed atmosphere. from receptionist up everybody was so professional up and helpful mr Kumar made the whole treatment so understandable

Had my second visit yesterday to the Prestatyn Branch . Met with a friendly member of staff on reception desk . My time slot was on time , and my Dentist Mr Herd came to say Hello. I was immediately put at ease, and Mr Herd explained my treatment in a calm manner which immediately made me relax . I felt pain free during the procedure and afterwards. Couple of painkiller tablets before bed and have woken up today with no pain and mouth feeling comfortable.

Professional courteous knowledgeable
