Lee Harvey is a con man
Lee Harvey is a con man. He draws you in with promises of looking after you and that Chiropractor services are the correct course of action etc etc. However after the initial consultation (1hr) with Lee Harvey, We agreed on once weekly treatment (all accepted)
On my 1st visit, I was one of 3 people being treated at the same time. I was only in for 15/20 mins and was left alone for 10 of those minutes with acupuncture needles in. £50 for 15/20 mins a bit steep and not solely attended to as I was told to expect during the initial consultation. As soon as the needles were out I was ushered out. I raised a concern at the reception desk as to my next visit to be when he is not so busy. The reception area was completely empty. I said my concerns as to a feeling of being rushed through and being one of three being treated simultaneously and she said she would pass my concerns on.
My work commitments have changed and I asked if I could have my appointments on Fridays from now on instead of Mondays - but was told Lee was not in on Fridays. I asked if it would be ok to see whoever is in as there is more than one Chiropractor and was subsequently booked in with Ben.
I had to cancel this appointment as it clashed with something I already had in my diary and I phoned with plenty of days notice.
I asked the receptionist if it would be possible to have a word with Lee prior to coming to ascertain if he was ok with me changing to Ben on Fridays.
Today (Thursday evening) I’ve just received a call from Lee who proceeded to tell me to go get a massage somewhere as Chiropractic services were no longer right for me. We had a discussion as he said they were right for me during our consultation. He then said he was not happy that I had questioned the service I received. I asked him if his ego was that brittle that he couldn’t take a constructive criticism- to which he went on and on at me. I asked if Ben was prepared to see me and he said nobody would want to treat me, so literally speaking on behalf of Ben.
I don’t expect this kind of service.
I would like to speak with Ben as on the literature I have, he is the signatory to the practice. He needs to know what a disgusting way Lee treats his patients - rushing them in, treating 3 at a time and dispensing with their custom if they dare to question his working practices in this way.
