Avoid like the absolute plague! Prior to placing an order I contacted them to check the stock as it said
"low" I was told the "new stock function" showed stock levels.

Placed my order to find 3 items are out of stock and will be several weeks until they get them in stock. I couldn't wait that long so requested a refund.

I was then told cancellation of my order would charge a fee even though the T&C say no fees will be charged for out of stock items and no administration on the order has taken place.

Yet are still trying to charge me!

Underhanded tactics that's now lost them over £1200.00! Will be getting PayPal and my bank involved to recover the FULL refund.

Spend a little more and don't buy from China it's just not worth the hassle!

Basically no video means no customer service.
You are the culprit as long as you don't have the evidence.

GHK AUG's 16inch barrel snapped at the gastube, but no video so of course no support.

Repeatedly pointed out by WGC that I broke it.

As long as you order smaller parts, you are probably all right because fewer chances of breaking down.

But larger parts or maybe guns, I would rather buy at other places.

Took their sweet sweet time to ship my order and forgot to put in the invoice so it was stuck in the customs for ages.

Less and less professional would not recommend them at all unless you like waiting.

Ich komme aus Deutschland und daher kann ich nur Ersatzteile und Ähnliches bestellen. Und alles ist immer perfekt angekommen, Wartezeit 1 bis 3 Wochen, Versand usw. ganz gut. Ich muss halt noch darauf Mehrwertsteuer und doppelten Versand zahlen, ist aber in Deutschland so.

Leute beschweren sich hier, weil sie Airsoft bestellen und nach paarmaliger Nutzung kaputt geht, so ist Airsoft eben. Ich habe noch nie eine Airsoft gehabt, die out of box perfekt ist, man muss halt leider mehr Geld investieren.

Und zu den Rückgaben kann ich leider nichts sagen, weil ich nie etwas retourniert habe, würde ich auch nicht, weil deren Rückgabepolitik sich nicht lohnt, genau so wie bei anderen Airsoft-Shops in Taiwan, China, Hongkong usw.

I bought an upper receiver and received shit. The thread was damaged so I wasn’t able to connect it with my barrel. Also the charging handle was stuck. Therefore i couldn’t pull it back to access the hop up unit. Then I contacted their support. All they wanted was videos about the issues. I gave them everything they wanted and they still didn’t understand anything. No refund, nothing. Just a waste of time and 70€.

Don’t buy there if you want functional parts or a good support. It’s just a scam.

I bought a gun for my son's Christmas and he has used it 4 times and they are Really unhelpful and just expect me to contact the manufacturer rather than dealing with it even though i bought it from them.

The customer service is awful, I had an issue but they have outright refused to help me

Well, ordered cyma mags to Lithuania and got it in 2 weeks. I thought its provably fake but i got it. 🙏 thanks

Brilliant shop. I live in the Uk and after reading reviews on here I was skeptical about using WGC however, most bad reviews on here are because people don’t read before buying! When adding to basket if you get a message saying something is not in stock but it shows as being in stock…then it is out of stock!! You can wait 30 days and then cancel the item but they will not ship out before then or give a part refund until after 30 days as stated in the small print. I waited 30 days and 1 item in my order didn’t come back in stock so I messaged them on whatsapp (they respond within 24 hours) and they replaced the out of stock part and sent out my order the next day. Item arrived in 4 days after they posted. Cannot complain - no tax import cost either as declaration filled out correctly! 5**

Relatively fast delivery from their warehouse in Hong Kong to the UK. Plenty of emails to update if my items were in stock and when they shipped. easy to use website, with a great selection.

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Stay clear I ordered a Sig M17 which came and shipping wise was very smooth however was defective when delivered, after a long spate of emails with Siucut and the manufacturer contacted we worked out the issue. The problem starts here with my issue being sidelined while WGC try to run the show essentially saying that it is my issue and my responsibility to fix the RIF while they offered to send the part it will cost me more money as I have no tech experience and do not wish my first attempt to be fixing a RIF that should be in full working order.

Essentially told “we have supplied the replacement part but it’s your problem now fix it yourself” I’m extremely disappointed with this, and all in this process the decision to send the part without further discussions with me was made without my consent so I now have a replacement part coming that I didn’t agree to because I now have to pay someone to repair the RIF and WGC refuse any compensation or returns on this order.

A modern online store with a wide range of parts. Ordered several items from here knowing that they were on back order. Customer service kept me updated and I have now received all items with fast shipping and good communication.

Abysmal stay clear!
I recently bought a part that was showing as in stock, however turns out it wasn't in stock so after a week of patiently waiting for an email they notified me that they had no stock to fulfil my order. I then asked them for a refund and was hit with an email claiming they'll charge me well over what the item was worth to cancel my order like re stocking fees and handling fees even tho these muppets didn't have the item in stock. I've ordered many times from here without issue but honestly when they don't have stock and u try to cancel your order they turn into the biggest nob eds on the planet. I told them I'd just go through paypal then n see what they say about their made up charges, as if by magic they instantly refunded me the whole amount.
Wouldn't give these muppets the steam off my p#*s in future. Be warned ⚠️

this is the third time ive bought from these . the first was terrible ordered an mp7 and had 2 months of problems. but the last two times have been spot on.
2 weeks ago ordered a pistol and arrived on time .

Site doesn't give accurate representation of what is in stock. Support is incredibly slow and inattentive. I made an order, all items in stock, it hasn't shipped for many days, so I have to follow up and send a message. Eventually they get back to me saying one item is not in stock. I said ok then, ship without it, after this no response for days so its just hanging.

Seems it's all the customers responsibility to find out if their stock is accurate etc. As they already took your money they couldn't care less if you wait for months endlessly.

Very anti-customer at WGCshop, I recommend an alternative.

I ordered a G&P XM177E2 from WGC, very fast to ship and delivered, one week only arrive in France at my home, great job guys!

The price of the replica was very low too, i paid only 50€ of customs taxes so i'm happy, i will order again from WGC for sure ! :)

This guys deserve 5 stars!!! They recive my orders,prepare it and send in the best profi way and help me with a problem like "friends".

My response:
"It would be good to communicate that with your customers.

Ive paid extra for fast shipping and now thats not going to happen because you have failed to communicate your stock issue.

I want a refund on the shipping charges."

WGC's response:

"Hello

Your order has been packaged and ready to ship, we will send the tracking information after shipped"

28th of June.

My response:

"That doesn't resolve the issue that i have paid the extra for shipping only to be advised that you had stock issues!

Your lack of communication is very bad and i wont be purchasing from you again.

This has been a s**t experience to say the least."

No correspondence from WGC Shop. I paid express shipping for nothing and if I didn't send my initial email you wouldn't have acted on this order. It was only at that time you were prompted to check your stock levels only to realise you didn't have the item in stock!
