Easy to find and order what I was looking for on website,fast despatch and arrived well packaged, only let down by Royal Mail taking 48hrs to deliver24hr service but not wheelbase fault and I would order from Wheelbase again.

What a great company to deal with, the bike arrived when they said it would ,they are professional and friendly.
Although the bike was slightly damaged on arrival, ( I suspect not a fault of theirs ) My complaint was dealt with immediately and I was reimbursed straight away for repair costs, I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them in the future

Had a problem with the order going through twice,the next day received a phone call querying the order and checking that if it was a mistake..upon verifying that it was they refunded one of the orders and proceeded to send out the other...excellent service,will definitely be using this company more often.

Having recently purchased wheels tyres and tpms sensors, I am delighted with all and need to re assure anyone that has probs with tpms light on? Don't panic as Wheelbase will sort it all out for you and all very easy. I recommend them in all areas. Thank you all at Wheelbase.

Delivery was delayed by 7 days, although I did receive a refund for the bike assembly service because of the delay. When the bike finally arrived, the front brake was squealing and the rear tyre was wobbling from side to side. I reported both issues and was offered a free electric pump. I appreciate the gesture, but that's not really the point. When you spend this much money on a brand-new bike and pay extra for the “Ready to Ride” service, you expect it to arrive properly checked and ready to ride. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience.
