Really disappointed
I placed the order on the 3nd of May which I was over the recent bank holiday weekend. So on Tuesday the 5th I contacted you guys to follow up on my order at about 9:30am. I wanted to find out what the ETA would be as I would need to arrange for someone to be at home when the wheels arrive. I was told by the person I spoke to that he wasn't sure about the order and would call me back later. I didn't get a call back by 4:30pm, so I called again. Then was told that the order had not been picked and I could expect a call to confirm on Wednesday to let me know when the order would be dispatched.
I didn't get a follow-up call from anyone on the Wednesday so I called again. I still got no joy with regards to my order. I left it until Thursday when I received an email confirming the order was dispatched and would be delivered on Friday the 8th (today).
So I asked my wife if she would be able to work from home and receive the order. She took in the delivery at 1:40pm. So as you can appreciate I was excited to unbox the alloys and have a look at them. However the first box I opened I found the alloy was damaged and has a flat spot. I noticed it straight away. In addition there was no center cap in that box. So I proceeded to unbox the other 3 alloys to inspect them and found them to be in pefect condition with exception to the missing center caps. There was only one alloy that was provided with a center cap.
I would like the damaged alloy replaced and the missing center caps provided as part of the order.
I look forward to your assistance in resolving this as soon as possible.
