Wheelbase have a very good selection of wheels and tires for all budgets.
Their knowledge of the fitments, wheel size etc for the car in my case was spot on, a couple of small issues were sorted quickly and professionally.
Delivery was as quoted with updates along the way.
They were accommodating with extras like tire pressure sensors to be fitted in my case.
Wheel nuts colour match and anti theft locking nuts.
Overall experience very good.
I would recommend Wheelbase to any person looking to upgrade their cars look.

Great bunch of lads took my lady's car…
Great bunch of lads took my lady's car to have a new set of wheels and tyres last Saturday. Got there for 9.am and they started straight away. What a great job they did. I ordered 4 alloys over a week ago on a 1-2 days delivery promise. They have not even been dispatched from the local warehouse so it will be at least 8 days before received. Very disappointing customer service.

Hi I just got some new alloyes for my Audi from wheelbase using my partners Klarna account best choice I made they look smart wheel base was great they arrived quick I put them on myself saving money and messing around with garage I had one issue with the centre caps and they ordered me new one’s free of charge I recommended wheelbase to anyone who’s after making any changes to the look of there car to have a look on the website plenty to choose from great prices to compared to others also get tyres included if you want

A mixed experience
A mixed experience. The 19" Fondmetal wheels look fantastic and the car drives beautifully. However, the process was entirely let down by severe fulfillment errors with the tyres, resulting in multiple deliveries and extra out-of-pocket costs to get the car sorted. While the final product is great, the stress and logistics oversight mean I’d hesitate to use them again. Good product, frustrating execution.

Almost 3 weeks since ordering with no updates at all. On Friday they promised delivery by today, only to apologise again today and promise an update by end of day — which was also ignored.
I'm now filing a dispute for a full refund via my credit card and will never buy from them again. Wish I had checked the reviews first.

I would advise everyone to think twice about ordering from these ...I ordered 2 sl02 19" after a call quoted £275 ....payed for & ordered .not 30 mins later a message sorry made a mistake can't do for that price .. I rang them then quoted £430 reluctantly I said yes all payed for & ordered .....7 days later 18 " sl02 ?s turned up ...what a joke .no appologies ..made to feel like it was my fault !!!! They tried to charge me another £150 even after they caused all this !!!They organised for dpd to collect from my work place .no show complained yet again .I then spoke to someone else there & said they would do the alloys for the £430 great i thought ...took a day off work for dpd to collect from my home address .... rang for an update and possibly buy some good year eagles to put on them only to find they had not been ordered and basically called me a liar..... I would advice everyone considering purchasing off these to think twice....I will make sure friends & family never purchase from this shower BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ...INCOMPETENT COMPANY !!!!WHY WOULD I BOTHER !!!!!YOU PERSONALLY HAD 2 OCCASIONS TO SORT THIS MESS OUT ... AND YOU DID NOTHING .ALL I WANT IS A REFUND .AS OF YET STILL NOT RECIEVED !!!!!!!!if ive not recieved my money back by 12 Friday I will report you to my bank & I will report this to TRADING STANDARDS.just to let everyone having trouble getting a refund !!!!TRUST ME AFTER THE CONVERSATION TODAY TO FIND OUR MYEHERE MY MONEY IS I REALLY HOPE IVE NEVER HAVE TO SPEAK TO U AGAIN

Slow delivery, poor communication
Website shows no indication of lead times and company does not send delivery estimates. It's impossible to tell when a delivery might be and customer support explicitly says that they do not provide this information until after ordering. In my case they did not even send this and I had to call them after 10 days of no information. Apparently my wheels will be at least another week but they still can't give a day. Mostly seems to be a reseller for other manufacturers. I would not recommend.
