Il miglior noleggio sci di Cervinia, senza dubbi.
Attrezzatura di altissima qualità, sempre in condizioni perfette e adatta sia a principianti che a sciatori esperti. Si vede subito che tengono moltissimo alla manutenzione e alla scelta dei materiali.

Il vero valore aggiunto però è il personale: cordiale, competente e super disponibile. Ti ascoltano, ti consigliano l’attrezzatura giusta in base al tuo livello e alle condizioni della neve, e lo fanno sempre con il sorriso.

Servizio rapido, professionale e atmosfera accogliente. Se sciate a Cervinia e volete partire tranquilli, questo è il posto giusto. Consigliatissimo!

Noleggio fortemente sconsigliato; unico posto aperto a maggio dopo la chiusura del 4 maggio Cervinia. Mi viene assegnato uno sci in pessime condizioni, lamina molto consumata, insciabile sulla neve mossa (eppure era uno sci che mi era stato dato proprio per questo), ma il punto forte viene ora. Costo 50 euro per solo gli sci, alla mia richiesta di pagare con carta mi viene detto che non è possibile e accettano solo contanti. Pago in contanti e ovviamente nessun scontrino... qui forse la finanza dovrebbe fare un bel controllino... mi spiace ma non si fa così, soprattutto a quel prezzo!

Sabato 30 novembre 2024, il peggior noleggio sci mai visto, a partire da un personale impreparato e confusionario, per non parlare dei prezzi folli ai quali non viene assolutamente emesso fiscale scontrino. La ciliegina sulla torta è stato un bel 30 euro di surplus per delle bacchette piegate (fornite dal rental in tal condizioni).

I rented skis from Skicool (aka Whiterent) two weeks ago, having booked through a package deal with Crystal, The shop is very small with a restricted range of equipment. They grade their skis as beginner/silver/gold/platinum/diamond and I had booked 'platinum' skis. There was a dump of fresh powder before arrival and I asked for a pair of appropriately fat skis. Unfortunately the only fat skis they could give me were 'diamond' so I had to pay extra. The skis were reasonable, however they were unable to provide poles with baskets on (which most folk would say are a must in powder), which I found surprising given the premium I paid for the kit. After a day skiing without baskets, the very helpful young assistant in the shop managed to find a solution, but could only provide one pair of 120cm poles with appropriate baskets (I normally ski with 130cm). I switched back to 'platinum' all mountain skis after three days as the conditions changed; the choice was again very limited and I was given a pair of Cham 87s. I got on OK with these skis, but note that they went out of production a few years ago; they were good in their time, but not what I would expect to be given as a premium ski nowadays.
When I started to mention the above to the owner, he couldn't be less concerned. I understand that his assistant had contacted him about the basket issue and I would have thought that he could easily have quickly sourced some appropriate poles or baskets to fit his poles (baskets are pretty cheap). I informed him that I intended to leave an appropriately poor review, but rather than trying to address my concerns he simply said 'do what you want'. His basic ski packages may be OK, but I would suggest going elsewhere if you want a choice of better equipment.
