I got this mainly because I have composite bonding and didn’t want to use anything too harsh. I’ve been using it for a little while now and it does seem to help with surface stains, especially from cola.

It’s not like a dramatic whitening overnight, but my teeth definitely look a bit brighter and cleaner. The main thing I like is that it feels gentle and hasn’t caused any sensitivity, which I was worried about.

The taste is quite fresh and not too strong. Delivery was quick as well which was a bonus.

Overall, I’d say it’s a good option if you have veneers/bonding and just want to maintain the colour rather than expect huge whitening results.

Love their whitening strips and whitening powder! I use the whitening strips once a week and the powder every 2-3 days. My sister has braces and the powder + toothpaste is really good for her.

I am on day 9!0f using the whitening strips and I can’t stress how happy I am with my results . I have super sensitive teeth and gum disease and am super conscious of my teeth. My sensitivity hasn’t been affected at all. These are rebuilding my confidence and giving me a reason to smile. Delivery is super quick . Pricing is amazing .!The quality and packing is spot on . Highly recommended can’t shout about them enough .

I have had my teeth whitened many times over the years with a lot of pain. I was keen to use whitening products but worried about the pain. They amazing difference with using Whites Beaconsfield is no peroxide and no pain because they use the PAP whitening technique. I have used most of their products and would highly recommend.

Not a fan. Have used big brand whitening strips before so have something to compare with.
Do not stick well (even on dry teeth)
The residue left behind is disgusting, There is so much of it ! never had this before with other brands.
And lastly they dont work. Save your money. My teeth were actually whiter before I started.
Customer service just as bad.
I bought a double pack. They won't even refund the 2nd unopened that I am willing to send back !!

Great products haven’t gone anywhere else since buying from whites beaconsfield

Item I ordered (Mint Toothpaste) hadn’t arrived as expected, so got in touch with Whites Beaconsfield and spoke with Alex who advised that said item appears to have been lost in the post. Alex, quickly re-ordered the item at no additional cost and I received a few days ago. Thanks Alex for your time and courtesy!

I purchased teeth whitening strips, but the product was defective and terrible quality. After one use, it provided zero whitening effect, irritated my teeth, and left behind a thick, stubborn layer of glue that was incredibly difficult to remove.

When I contacted customer service to report the faulty product, they point-blank refused a refund. They claimed their policy doesn't allow returns on "opened or used" items. I specifically invoked my short-term right to reject defective goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, but they completely ignored it and just repeated their script.

It is literally impossible to discover a product is defective without opening and trying it. A company's internal returns policy does not override UK statutory law. It was only £8.55, so it's not worth the hassle of a bank chargeback, but I strongly advise avoiding this company. Poor products and terrible customer service.

Best teeth whitening brand by a mile, consistent white smile after using whites products

My husband ordered toothpaste for us and we received an empty box. He emailed them to tell them what happened and they said it was packed correctly, which it definitely wasn't as there was no toothpaste in the packaging also the box we received had no depth to it the toothpaste would not fit in it. Customer Service is non existent. If I could give a zero for customer service I would. Will never buy their products again.
