I have had another excellent experience with Kenzie from WLL! Its so nice to work with someone that truly cares about the customer and is so helpful with a positive personality. I appreciate that the rep I spoke to didn’t just say, ask a plumber, instead, gave me suggestions, patiently waited for me step by step until I figured out it was a simple oversight on my part, and helped me with a missed item in my shipment and sent it immediately. If you get help from Sage consider yourself lucky!

I had an issue with my ECM Synchronika. Scheduled a video tech session with Stephen...amazing! He knew just what to ask, trouble shot my symptoms and then offered suggestions for the remedy and was spot on. My machine is back up and working perfectly because of how well Stephen guided me through the repair steps. Always a pleasure working with Whole-Latte-Love and especially nice this time with Stephen!

I followed instructions about descaling my Gaggia Classic and in rinsing out the machine in the final stages of that process the water temp from the brew head went cold to luke warm and the steam wand stopped working. Wayne and Brian from TechSupport were helpful in diagnosing the issue, even though it didn't totally make sense to me and guess what, it worked. I replaced both thermostats and I"m good to go. Thanks guys!

I had the best experience with this company. Called with a few models in mind and Chris helped me very admirably. After placing my order, Kenzie picked up and helped me through a couple of mistakes I had made in the order process and I ended up happier than I started. She could not have been more thoughtful and caring. I enthusiastically recommend whole latte love to any and all who are interested in their coffee experience. Hi. Two weeks ago I purchased a new "prosumer" espresso machine from WLL; my third machine from the company. I enquired today about the Rewards points and was told that purchases no longer earn points. The WLL website does not mention that the Rewards program has been discontinued, nor does it mention that the Rewards program is still in use. But there is a full section on the WLL website is dedicated to the Rewards program. Very disappointed in WLL's poor communication and secrecy.

I foolishly broke my new Eureka 65 AP and Sage troubleshot the issue and ordered the repair parts in no time at all.

I initially spoke with Kensie (apologies if I misspelled her name), who was incredibly helpful. We had a thorough conversation, and even after narrowing down my options to a few units, I never felt rushed. She encouraged me to research further and make a decision when I was ready. After some consideration, I chose the ECM Synchronika II and Atom 65 grinder, which were among her top recommendations. Looking back, they were perfect choices.

When the Synchronika arrived, I eagerly set it up, only to find it wouldn’t power on—a huge disappointment. Despite troubleshooting on my own, I had no luck. On the advice of their team, I tried the tech support chat on their website. Within minutes, I was connected with a technician. A few minutes later, we removed a panel and discovered a loose internal plug, likely dislodged during shipping. Problem solved!

Later that week, I noticed the brew lever retracting slightly when fully opened, restricting flow without manual intervention. I hopped back on the tech chat, and the team immediately identified the issue. They instructed me to flush the unit, explaining that new machines can sometimes be over-lubricated from the factory. Sure enough, one flush fixed it perfectly.

Now, several weeks later, I’m in complete bliss. This setup is an absolute dream, producing the most incredible espresso I’ve ever tasted. Beyond performance, it’s a stunning piece of craftsmanship—a true work of art. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire Whole Latte Love team. It's been an absolute pleasure, from their outstanding YouTube content to the seamless purchase experience and exceptional support.
