After 9 years of use, I received my first error message on my Gaggia Platinum Swing Up machine. Resetting the machine (i.e. turning it on and off) did not work so I emailed Tech Support at Whole Latte Love and I promptly received a reply from Peter with specific things to try. I clicked on the video link, followed the detailed instructions in the video and it worked!! I am not very mechanically-inclined but the instructions in the video were very detailed and easy to follow. Thank you for your help!!

Bought a Profitec Pro-600 from Whole Latte Love about 2 years ago and I've had several issues so far. Once the water level meter went out and had to be fixed (not a huge issue). Another time the boiler heater stopped working and since I'm on the other side of the country it would've cost $400 for a 2 way shipment. They tried some basic things to diagnose the problem via email but it was useless. The cost to fix it (even though it's under warranty still) was about $300. Then the machine stopped pumping water into one of the boilers altogether. Now it's back at the shop. I don't know how much it will cost this time but the part they suspect is bad will be more than $200 plus labor.
I emailed Whole Latte Love to see if they could at least get me the parts since it was under warranty but they just closed the ticket on me.
I would suggest staying away from this brand of machines or any that they carry if you live far from NY. The cost to ship 2 ways on a 50 lbs or more item will quickly surpass what the machine is worth and these guys don't seem to care to want to help.

I've been on several chats with the folks at Whole Latte Love. They have the best chat customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. For repair questions, it feels like I'm just talking to my buddy next door who's good at fixing things. I spent 20 minutes today with Peter trying to problem solve an issue. We figured out the issue but it wasn't a part they sell. All the same, he found the part on eBay and sent me a link. Who does that? Most places would just say, send it in to us. But since this was an $11 part and shipping/repair would have cost me $250 I wanted to give it a try. Buy your makers from these guys and come back to them when you need help. End to end, an amazing company.

I had a video call with Stephen for technical support, and he was exceptional. First of all, he handled the language barrier perfectly, as my English isn’t very strong. He answered all my questions—even the ones I didn’t know I had! It’s clear that he truly masters his work; his professionalism and knowledge really stand out. I totally recommend WLL’s technical support.

Steven was great, walked me through the steps to find out I needed a replacement part. Great service!

I had a scheduled video support call with Stephen Kuster to go over issues i was having with my Gaggia Classic tripping the circuit breakers when the unit was turned on. He was very knowledgeable and directed me patiently to do some troubleshooting and testing with a multimeter resulting in us isolating the problem. its a great website but my bad experience with return, its just too much to send a product back plus they refused to return a coffee i didn't even receive.

The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helped me to find an espresso machine that met my needs. A refurbished machine was the right fit for me, and the price was right. I felt very comfortable with the discussion and trusted the advice I received.

Every aspect of my experience was A+ positive, and the Gaggia Magenta Prestige is even better than I expected. I am enjoying a double-shot Americano with a dollop of cream as I type this.
