Workmen booked but no goods
Delivery for 2 order nos -one for tiles and 1 for bathroom suite was confirmed by email for thurs 3/9. I booked my tiler for Fri 4/9 because of this. toilet suite arrived but no tiles. Tiles arrives pm on the Fri but no trims so had to pay tiler full day for half a days work. I was told trims were lost in transit and wouldnt arrive til tues or wed. So I am left with a tiler who will be wanting paid but no trims that he can do job. When I asked to speak to a manager or complaints dept was advised he was the manager and complaints just go through him anyway. Very disappointed and angry and would definately not recommend this company to anyone

Great staff and quality bathroom furniture
This is a great bathroom company. Staff very polite and leave you to browse.
Special thanks to Charlene at the warehouse for her wee happy face and giving us a great deal on tiles. Nothing was any bother to her so we went back and bought more items.

I am currently in a dispute with them. I paid over £3000 for my bathroom suite from here including a whirlpool bath which was faulty, one of the jets were not working. They asked me to get two quotes from plumbers to rip out the whirlpool bath and replace the new one bearing in mind I’ll need a plumber, electrician and if the first row of tiles crack a tiler to replace this. I got the quotes from two different companies and sent them. They’ve now come back and said they need a breakdown of the costs which both plumbers are refusing to do.i have sent numerous emails stating this and got another email today stating that i need to send a breakdown of the costs. Ive emailed them again stating that I’ve told them numerous times the plumbers won’t give me a breakdown of costs. Waiting on a reply. Just checked my email and have one from them saying if I dont get a breakdown of prices they will close the case and mark it as resolved. I’m currently on holiday and don’t get home till Monday but what o can tell you is that this is far from resolved. Absolute cheek.
