Good afternoon Peter,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We are very sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. We appreciate that having two failed delivery attempts, no allocated delivery time slot, and needing to rearrange both your availability and your plumber would have been extremely inconvenient.

Again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope to hear from you soon so we can assist further.
