I purchased a pair of boots for my daughter on 11/03/17. They were to be a Christmas gift. The year before they had run out of product so I wanted to make sure that I ordered early so I would get the best selection. Christmas Day comes and the boots do not fit. We return the boots on 12/26/17. After tracking the boots and seeing that they had been received by the company, I started calling to see about a refund. Emails and phone calls were sent with no response. Great customer service wouldn’t you say? Plus apparently they have a strict 30 day return policy. I understand that the rest of the year but around Christmas? That’s ridiculous!! Don’t buy a thing from these people. The product is fair at best and their customer service is non existent. They stay in business solely by swindelling money from hard working people. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.

WideWidths.com sells the greatest wide calf boots EVER! I have never been able to find a pair of boots to fit my large legs and I finally lucked out and found a gorgeous leather boot called "Tammy" on their site. It has a 19 1/2 inch calf and I got them in a wide foot size as well (they sell mediums too). The leather is a soft high quality type and they even have a large elastic gore near the zipper that stretches more so your calf is more comfortable in them and the top of the boot doesn't dig into your leg. The heels are just the perfect height for me (about 2 inches) and all in all they are just beautiful with my new fall wardrobe. This site is especially terrific since not only do they carry these extra wide calf boots, but they even list the calf size for each foot size. You actually know what you are getting so you don’t have to waste time shipping back and forth to find out that your boots will never zip up.

The boots arrived in only 3 days after I ordered them and they actually fit me! They were exactly as pictured and described and not only was the calf wide enough, but the width was perfect too.

The customer service at this site is wonderful too. They are very kind and patient and can help you make good choices since they explained how to measure your calf for the right fit. The women there really know their products and they are all so helpful. I had to call to ask opinions about what style/size I should order in one particular style and I spoke to someone that gave me the best advice - right on the money.

They charge for shipping but they explained that their costs are very high because they have all of these boots custom made for them and it is a very expensive proposition for them as a result. When you think about it, how many times have any of you had to send boots back and forth until (or if ever) you finally found any that fit you? Trust me, it is worth every penny to pay for shipping not to be frustrated and upset each time to find yet another pair that some company cla
