Searched and searched for my favourite wigs which appear to have run out in all the country and can only be obtained from America and Wigs Boutique searched for me until they got me the last 2 remaining!
Lovely lady also told me I could claim VAT back as I have Alopecia which I have never been told before! Saved me money and went out their way to help.

Great personal service and very helpful advice

I was given the best service I have ever had when buying a wig, which I do often as I have alopecia universalis.
Firstly, the price was right, I spent a day looking at lots of sites and Wigs Boutique was by far the cheapest.
Secondly, the ordering was uncomplicated.
And lastly, my order arrived in less than a week. I am very impressed and will, without a doubt be using them again.

My daughter wears a wig because she pulls at her hair. The wigs from Wigs Boutique have been super for her and have given her the confidence to go out of the house and meet friends. No one has ever even suggested that her hair isn't her own! The Wigs are always dispatched very rapidly and they are of a high quality.

I made a bad selection of colour and had to return a wig. They called me and were very helpful and accomodating and I've received a full refund.

After ordering 2 hats, I received a call from one of your staff the same day as one was out of stock. She was incredibly personable and the issue was resolved very quickly - I chose another colour. The order arrived swiftly. I would definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

Was disappointed that phone was not answered didn't bother to leave a message but they called me back anyway. ..I was so glad they did! Claire could not have been more helpful a real star . She managed to find exactly what I was looking for and my wig arrived two days later. I was so pleased and have already re ordered from them.

I ordered three wigs under two separate orders with all being delivered within a few days. Prices are competitive and with with orders being delivered promptly there was none of the frustration waiting which is so reminiscent of many other companies. Customer Service was courteous and helpful even when returning wigs. I will certainly make more purchases from this company.

I don't normally write reviews but I was so impressed by this company I felt I wanted to say something.

I ordered a wig from them which was delivered very promptly but unfortunately the wig was for my mum who is ill at the moment and she decided it wasn't for her I emailed the company and they replied back to me very quickly with a lovely Email from the lady called Claire.

Then she called me today to say the wig had arrived back to them and she was so nice on the phone.

I would recommend this company they are so helpful.

This was my first time using Wigs Boutique; however, it will not be my last. The response to an emailed query was speedy and was followed-up with a phone call. My wig (Tia monofilament) was dispatched quickly and looks and feels great. I have been a Noriko Millie wearer for a number of years but wanted a shorter look for holidays. I highly recommend this style. I have a roundish face but this short choppy wig has plenty of volume on the crown and has wispy sides, which is perfect.

I love my new CHRISTINE SCARF (182).
