Needed a couple of QD connectors for our GE fridge-freezer which decided to commit hari-kiri last week, slicing it's own water supply line in half. Go figure.

This is the worst place to buy from as my order was not delivered to my home it was left somewhere else I would like you to call me as I have asked you for the shipping to be refunded or i will come to your company to get what I what. It's no good trying to call them as they don't answer the phone at all. The worst company in the UK do not shop with them. As they are rubbish

Still not had my order since Sunday should of called back haven’t bothered

I received a parcel with some filters that I ordered and when I opened it one of the filters was damaged. I took a photo of the damaged filter and sent an email explaining. Received a reply the next day saying that they would replace the damaged filter, even though they didn't have to, no questions asked. Filter arrived within a couple of days.

Excellent quality well made would recommend! Just a small drop goes a very long way and the shine on my windows is absolutely amazing also a little drop in my car windscreen cleaning bottle leaves my windscreen sparkling no smears!

Firstly it's been a week and no delivery date which tells me you go out of your way to make out you trade in London which you don't nor have any shop to visit other than a office your registered to and a phone number no one answers how professional for an apparent legit business. As for trust pilot the reviews look fake and edited as its all a sham and I'm already on to trading standards. Also you trade on another cleaning business from the same premises with the same number.
