I’ve now been left on hold for over 40…
I’ve now been left on hold for over 40 minutes this is just ridiculous they’ve taken double the amount of the order after asking me if I wanted both payments taken out ï obviously replied saying no AND THEN THEY TOOK THE SECOND AMOUNT OUT would not recommend and I wish I had seen the reviews before using the company they clearly have no care for the bmx world and have no care for the riders who try to support there company

Ordered whole BMX
Ordered whole BMX, came next day. Was in original manufacturer's box (Cult).
Cult themselves should have greased the cranks (creaky) but not Winstaleys fault.

Avoid winstanleys
First time i used winstanleys in a while after bad experiences in the past i ordered 2 items both of which we're wrong and had to be sent back. Then i orderd some cranks for which i thought was a resonable price, recived confirmation of order then nothing after 3 days when they said dispatched within one working day i contacted them to be told this was a price error and they would not honour the price but i could go back online and order them as they had corrected the price. The only reason people use winstanleys is because they undercut all the other companies and they can't even get that right will never use them again and i advise yes they maybe cheap but you do get messed around items are displayed wrong and prices. customer service take the approach if you don't like it go elsewhere. Best to support rider owned companies who care about bmx such as sourcebmx Alans bmx peice of mind instead of money grabbers who don't care about bmx and no compassion for there customers when they are at fault.
