Fantastic team at Wise Guys - so responsive, knowledgeable, with a great attitude and really respectful - always happy to take the time to explain things in a friendly and informative way that even i can understand! They work through problems to get to the root of issues and offer the most cost effective solution that works for you. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Harry has been fantastic helping me with an ongoing software issue - I now have a machine that is fast and no longer drags! Fantastic! I found then through Which Recommended Trusted Traders and I'm so glad I did! I can see why they are the only Which recommended PC support service - really well deserved accolade.

Would give at least 7 star to Harry! It's like a new computer it's actually too fast for me now I can't see what I am doing haha.

Ordered the Shish Kebab. The meat was over cooked practically burned. The kebab had no flavour or spice to it just a bland over cooked burned taste. I spoken to the Manager CJ who was unable to offer a resolution to the issues raised above. I would not use this take away again and advise anyone else to think carefully be for ordering. No common decency to listen to customer feed back and offer some kind of solution to the issues raised.

Disgraceful company phoned my 81 year old mother not long after my dad died, pretending to be someone from BT and she ended up signing up to them, she didn't even have a pc and were taking £24 out each month there was no paperwork sent. I phoned them multiple times they kept saying yes we have cancel it but guess what each month he money came out, until 1day I started saying you should be ashamed of yourselfs they eventually did after about 6 month, now roll on 4 years later I have just noticed they have taken a payment out of her bank I'm fumming it's starting again. I know they pretended to be BT because I've read it multiple times on reviews about them, they basically frightened her into getting it.

I'm not reviewing because I have used their services (I'm sure they're very good, looking at other reviews). It's because it's refreshing to deal with a decent company. My mentally disabled sister is Covid19 locked down at her flat where I can't keep an eye on her, and she accidentally signed up for a subscription after a routine sales call, which pushed her overdrawn on her bank account. I don't blame WiseGuys at all because she agreed to it, and they weren't to know she wasn't up to speed with her financial situation. She became very anxious when she realised what she had done and told me. So when I called to explain that she doesn't need IT support (I cover that for her) and ask for her account to be closed because she was too anxious to call them herself, they agreed immediately and were nice and understanding about it. So bravo to WiseGuys for being GoodGuys at a tricky time.

What a discovery! This awesome group of local technicians are a joy to work with. Professional, reliable, with an uncanny ability to explain things in a simple, non-patronising way so you know what's going on and why. As my heading says - they deserve a standing ovation for outstanding service and results.

Again WiseGuys came to my rescue. They managed to get me a refund for the Anti-virus package that I had mistakenly installed , which is always a good thing. they have also given me a FREE Anti-virus software as an alternative. that is something I did not expect at all but all the same ,That seems to be the code that they work by,ALWAYS helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

I have been so pleased with all the people I have spoken to and the work that has been carried out thanks.
