As a small business, we historically used Indeed to post job ads. I am so glad I found Wizehire! The platform allowed us to easily create and update a job ad and organize all the resumes in one place. We found creative ways to use tags and messaging qualified applicants. This company creates multiple posts across platforms. This means if you apply through a platform that has a question and wizehire is managing it- it takes days for them to submit your application losing out on jobs is common because of this delay. if I could give it -10 stars I would.
