I bought the signature emulsion paint in powderd chalk to paint over pale grey, it was like water so we paint a coat of dulux white all over and tried again, it still wouldn't cover, it is such poor quality. We then bought a different paint to re do it so wanted the £58 for a can. I did let customer services know who gave me so many hoops to jump through it was pointless and I have just learned a lesson to never buy again, buying a product for the Morris brand was pointless.

Very happy with the wallpaper, quite pricey but worth every pound spent.
Spoke to the customer support on few occassions and I think every customer service should be like theirs, very effective and helpful.

Great products, good website, speedy delivery. A great company to deal with

Excellent product, but afterwards UPS delivery poor. delivery information was zero and non existent, spent a lot of time tracking the order and finding where it was on a very confusing UPS website.

Product came well boxed and following order was delivered next day! A brilliant service.

Whilst the paper looks fantastic on the walls now, the quality of the paper was poor. Following the manufacturer’s instructions including using the recommended branded paste, the paper would rip easily leaving poor edges that have needed to be patched

Beautiful shade card delivered within days

I ordered the rug over the internet which stated 4 weeks for delivery and on its arrival, a week later than stated, It's colour was totally different from the picture. My son emailed their customer service who provided feedback that a 'slight' colour variation was covered in the terms and conditions due to materials and the screen resolution on the mobile phone. I fully accept this due to the ever changing availability of the materials, however, I was surprised at how big the difference in colours was from the photo on the website and the end product. The 'screen resolution' I can also accept to some degree but when I compare a photo from the website and to one I take on the same device, there Is a huge difference. Id like to believe a company such as Morris and Co who charge a premium price for their product would provide a lot better customer service and end product. To be told it's in their terms and conditions and that I would have to pay out of my own pocket to return a product through no fault of our own, instead of finding out more information is substandard.

The rug is good quality, however, it's a shame about the poor customer service and the difference in colour. I would recommend viewing the rug in person prior to purchasing.

Slightly convoluted ordering on website but, once we got the hangar of it, went well. Colours as describes and quality seems good although as yet unused! Texture pleasing. Delivery good, timing and method.

I bought a duvet set. It is so beautiful. The quality was exceptional. I feel like I am in a hotel when I wake up each morning.
Communication with the company is slow, but know that you are dealing with real human beings and not some Ai generated machine.

Beautifully made curtains, I ordered 2 pairs of curtains and a single curtain, 5 points for the curtains, but the experience of waiting for the curtains to be delivered, left a lot to be desired. A pair of curtains were missing from the first delivery which was already late, and it took weeks for the workshop to sort out the replacement curtains. That said, when they eventually arrived, they were perfect. The help desk is very helpful but they are also hampered by lack of communication from the workshop.
