A rude staff in the rent department today she was obnoxious, I have been having good repor with Wolverhampton Homes up until today

wolverhampton dept assessing money spent on someone in care ie there own money abs diabolical and the staff who talk to u like kids

What a terrible company booked my car in for a service first one 2 yrs over three months ago so I would have a curtsy car Phone me a couple of weeks ago to tell me that they hadn’t got one for another week phoned me at 5 pm the day before I had to take it to tell me they haven’t got a car for me said they would phone me before 6 pm never did I advice you to not by a car off this company as they are the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with

I am a private hire driver. My driving license was expired and sent them new one about 4 weeks ago so i can get new taxi badge for remaining few months but up to now they never replied and i am jobless now. This is horrible council. I will never apply again taxi license from this council.

i don't usually leave reviews for anything, as i'm usually quite a critical person .. there is usually something wrong with everything .. but i have to give credit where due .. 2 builders from wolverhampton homes andy and james ..
they came to do some work, quality of work and attention to detail was outstanding,they did a very thorough job and went out their way to ensure the job was done to the highest of standards .. they are truly a credit to wolverhampton homes, and i just wanted to say thank you for the work they did.

She genuinely helped me from a place of authentic care and empathy, when taking some of my bags into the staffs room, so I didn't have to lumber them all the way upstairs...

My celebration items we kept safe and in good care...

Audrey is a lovely lady to talk to, with a good understanding of human behaviour, seeming genuinely switched onto the social environment.

Additionally, she even tried to offer help beyond leaving the gym... "we can make sure you're all loaded up safely with your bags before making to it the bus stop." And I fully respect her care and support that day.

And...

I just have to say that PT Kam is amazing!!🥰🌹, such a vibrant and kind radiant energy!!💫 I'll always get a bubbly and enthusiastic response of "hi Holly how are you..."

Well, my day just got ten times better after walking through the door to that type of energy 🤗

I always feel really calm around Kam 💫 she has such a chill aura, but equally energising and full of positive energy at the same time...

Kam has the strongest of work effic and such a quality vibe to her human nature...

Couldn't wish to have found a better gym and that's 1000% down to the PTs that work here, offering their awesome value in the social environment!!👏

Reports of constant planning breaches following permission for building on completey nonsensical grounds (enter brown envelope). Allnreports completepy ignored. Follow ups and queries, ignored. These muppets need investigating. Corrupt.

Workers in most departments take to long to deal with appropriate issues and different workers different stories , dont believe what your told simple tasks with these can take 4-6 months they dont deserve the salary they get.

Why the council give the Taxi License who don't know how to drive in UK Will come over there with DACHCAM

Applied for taxi plate waiting since 3 months no updates

I have applied for taxi plate 2 months ago after long wait contacted to customer services they said have to wait more 2 months I’m new in taxi job paying £400 monthly instalments and I’m job less person if you can’t fulfil requests why giving peoples badges really disappointed poor service

I recently purchased my home from Wolverhampton homes. On the day I owed it they took my rent money by direct debit. I was told not to cancel the direct debit because the exchange of contracts would not go ahead if I did. I have made many phone calls and and get a promise that I will get the refund soon. Its not good enough I want my money

Slum landlords!! Not only ignore serious health and safety risks but also ignore victims off DV who beg for help to flea it, local housing is offered to people who have been on the list under a year because they am friends to local councillors!! Leave a family off 3 in One bed property whilst giving the property’s to people in less need

Wolverhampton city council is very much a disgrace , they back murderers and paedophilia and hate crime as they have against my family. We live on Thompson avenue in parkfields the police have set up a hate campaigh on my family..they tell people what to do to us. I'm 40 I've known 34 years of police abuse, family attacks by Bilston street police they've always attacked first. The police council and the social services and them anti social behaviour people are the biggest disgrace on the planet.. My 4 year olds underwear got pulled down by 3 boys in the toilet of lanesfield primary school , no social worker went in to see the little boys who will be future rapists , or nothing done to the teacher , instead police come to beat Me on birmingham new Rd, I heard voices behind me , I was pushing the girls , I heard yo , it's my mom she said Tracy 3 female white women were behind you I was like what?? I said that doesn't matter when she said it was three officers walking behind me all taking off there ties rolling up sleeves ?? Later on the police swarm my home , the police woman talking in my daughters face , there all pervs not once there was a question to my daughter with her ordeal. Cover up..then bill Hague of the city council writ me accusing me of shouting at a parent or parents bs the dirty scruffy parents of that school always troubled my children . Even people I knew that didn't know they were my kids were cheeky to my grandfather also.. he hadn't seen such rude people. My grand father lives on Thompson avenue parkfields also and people will vouch he's a lovely man very quiet man.. The police went as far as to arrest my grand father a old man , with a dirty disgusting claim which ended up to be false , grandad was meant to take nan to church , a few years ago as they killed off my nan , he said he will pop out , I'm worried when I went down to grandparents , mother couldn't go to church , were waiting worried, police don't likeus we can't go to them , so we're worried , when after 12 midnight grandads back , I'm glad everyone's glad, I asked what it was , here's as follows , a woman from Jamaica a Samantha sinclair , had my grandads card took money off him grandad done all school runs shopping you name it she was a p taker , I don't and I didn't like her at all , you nor family where you going that's my attitude , she accused my grandad of doing you know what to her kids which was a lie , a big big lie , the kids got checked , interviewd the children said mom told us to say it for money they'll get plenty money , even after this they gave the sicko back the child , she set fire to the flat and nearly killed the kids in the flat , I saw the flat on fire they were all shouting out of the window hailes park close . The dad took the kids he's a bloody lunatic aswell. I'm p off as my grandad continues to give money and takes this piece of s in his house and drops the piece of s places.. The police run my nan out of her home that mother is being abused?? Abused ? By who then case closed .. The police beat up and disabled my mom. My grandad collapsed in the station , they not even had no decency to even tell us we've got your grand father. There so cruel they enjoyed it . Last year one of there informer racially abuse and threaten Me in wolverhampton , nothing done , then August, came to my home with a 2 foot zombie knife wolverhampton asb and police done nothing case close, his sister smashed a bottle in my 3 year old face on dudley street, wolverhampton council and police took down the cameras, nothing done , case closed , December they tried to attack my son and brought weapons, case closed , the officer said it in jargon term I understood it but for the tape so he said you know the Incident to do with your son case closed matter closed end of .. my response was I don't expect any better in there dog house where they keep arresting me pending further enquiries of people that have attacked me like there rascist police office , hitting me while I was pregnant , I got it on film how he launched at me , over his love rival he bloody hates anyway, if I got to number 10 downing street they all collude they come to my home to scare my children , to Try and scare me , my daughters piddled thereself , I've had to put waterproof sheets under them or nappies as there frightened witless ,they scared my son he urinated on himself on the 18th of December, he was our of school for 3 years after an assault that got covered up by Bishop milner school and PC Brown of Bilston police station who couldn't take a statement off me as he don't know who liam edwards mom is bs.. They are appointed to cause us alarm and distress and disturbing our peace . My chest pulpatates and aches , my daughter it's made her ill , sickness dioreah , sick feeling when they come , kids don't sleep with worry , I can't sleep , 12 midnight they sent a officer , home safety check huh ??? How many kids do these drive pass every day ?

I am extremely disappointed with Wolverhampton Council’s licensing department. They refused my private hire badge based on a completely flawed and nonsensical rule. Their decision was based on the claim that I had not held my renewed driving license for 12 months—even though I originally passed my test in 1983 and have been driving for over 40 years with a clean driving license since 2012!

This rule is absolutely ridiculous and unfair. It penalizes experienced drivers simply because they had to renew their license, ignoring decades of safe driving experience. I took my case to the magistrates’ court, but even there, the council stuck to their irrational stance.

Their licensing process is inconsistent, unfair, and a clear example of bureaucracy failing common sense. They are happy to take fees but refuse hardworking, experienced drivers over technicalities that make no sense. Wolverhampton Council needs to seriously review their policies and stop unfairly rejecting qualified applicants.

Since i applied for my phv licence has been over 14 weeks now God knows how long dose it take more time to get my licence, I thought would take one or two weeks to get my licence which most councils wll grant you within this period. But, city of Wolverhampton Council the way they delt with phv licence like a SNAIL dragging forward, you have to wait at least 3 months and that's with condition to make sure your application is 100p correct. I don't know at this point whether there is shortages of staff or what? If they are shortages of staff than hire more staff to rectify prolong waiting process, some applicants like me who still waiting 14 weeks has passed no idea how long shall be waiting more, i hope a responsible authority to conduct an investigation into this what causes this process so long. Thanks
