Definitely recommended. I ordered adjustable gate hinges and drop bolts. The order process was easy, and I was kept fully informed throughout from order to delivery. Most importantly though, the hinges and the bolts are really good quality, sturdy, and well painted so I’m confident they will last. In addition, the hinges were very easy to adjust which made the job of hanging the gates relatively simple. Overall I’m very impressed, and would not hesitate to order from you again.

They had what I would describe as better quality products, the cost was slightly more than other diy sources, but it was well worth it.
I bought gate furniture from them, they included screws which others do not.
They also do garden gates, wish I’d known as I would have bought from them, gate ordered from a different source was of poor quality.
When ordering on the internet you take a leap of faith, hoping for a certain standard, these people matched that and would buy from them again.

I recently installed new driveway gates. As I am relatively new to woodworking I was in need of advice with regards to the installation of the gates. On checking out the Inwood (Cymru) Ltd website I was delighted to find all of the advice I needed and in addition was also given personal guidance by email. Can't praise them enough for the expertise they pass on via their website which is very comprehensive. (Really like the booklets on historical furniture making). Orders I placed with them for fixings etc were promptly delivered and competitively priced. I would consider them an authority on gate manufacture and installation. Gates now installed and in good working order.

Having looked elsewhere for gate latch etc, I found suitable robust and well sized items at Inwood. Dispatch was delayed due to staff shortages resulting from Covid infection. I was kept informed and the goods still arrived within a reasonable time.
